Overall, a decent stay with a few trade-offs. The staff were genuinely helpful—accommodating a late check-out, bringing a hair dryer to the room, and even letting me back in when I was locked out. That level of service was definitely appreciated. The room had everything needed for a short stay—simple, clean, with great AC and a comfortable bed. It felt secure, and the location is a big plus—right in the middle of everything with easy Uber access and security present around the plaza. That said, communication could be improved. I was told I’d receive a message with property details and check-out instructions, but never did. I also heard there was a restaurant offering discounts with the bracelet given at check-in, but wasn't clear where it was located. The biggest downside is noise. My room (Playa Grande) was right by the front gate, and Tamarindo being a late-night party town, there was constant foot traffic and noise until 3–4am. One night, a loud argument between guests also disrupted sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be an issue—though if you’re already asleep, it may not bother you as much. Great for location and convenience, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet stay.

Location very good, close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed Sat to Mon. Very noisy on Sat with street music coming into room and loud hammering in middle of night. Sun, Mon we’re not noisy. Only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel no face or beach towels, had to request glasses for water, no safe, no housekeeping. Refrig in room was good. Coffee and tea only available on 2nd floor. I have bad knee, so this was difficult for me. Room was clean upon arrival but informed us they lost their cleaning staff. Temp staff or owner should step in to change towels and sweep daily. TV was not working. They did send someone to try to fix multiple times. Connection to local channels was finally restored, but unable to login to our own streaming services. To credit of owner, they comped free drinks and pizza at nearby food court. Suggestion to improve is to provide full complement of towels including beach towels, 2 glasses, electric kettle upon request or water dispenser on first floor.

Room is standard but very clean. Responsive. Very close to the beach and shop, very city centre but also comes with some cons like a bit of noise from the road and music from the establishments around. All in all, for the price, I’d say its steal. Will be coming back!

Se encuentra cerca del centro y de la playa, lo que lo hace muy cómodo. La habitación super limpia y el personal amable. El punto a tener en cuenta es que también se encuentra cerca de los pubs y el ruido puede ser algo molesto. De todas maneras, lo volvería a elegir por la ubicación y precio abonado.
