Zostel - An amazing experience! ”
Believe it or not, one of the best things about backpacking is staying inn hostel! I’ve heard it so many times from people returning from their travels – and I can vouch for it myself!! I really enjoyed my stay at ZOSTEL! It's very well run and clean hostel. The best I've ever stayed at and the cafe is great. I have to say that the facilities and staff are top notch. Security is great. Warm friendly welcome. Spacious dorm. A home away from home. Café @Zostel Super good ambience in the café. Thanks to the cafe manager Akshat who caters to all of your needs. Food at the café is very tasty! Café helped me to connect with so many travellers. I will always cherish all those crazy discussions we had at Zostel Café! The young guys on the desk: Akshat, Ayush, Jafar and Rahul Welcoming, super friendly and helpful. All facilities were up to the mark. Definitely no complaints. Thank you very much guys!! You were awesome!! If you’re a solo traveler then Zostel is the place to stay, meet other travelers and to have a new and amazing experiences during your stay! I will definitely stay at Zostel for all my next trips to Goa. And I would certainly recommend it to my friends!!

fulfills the purpose ”
While in goa, all we need is a bed and wash up. This place is exactly ment for that. Although this facility has numerous room the attached toilet is limited to one room which has 6 beds in it. Apart from that approximately there are 14 beds and 2 tents which share 4 washrooms. My advice would be wake up early get ready, then resume your Hangover. On my first day there were water issues.. Took some time to sort it out... This is a typical hostel run by cool wardens with very minimal easy conditions. There is a hot & cold water dispenser in common floor. Every power outlet provided were working perfect. Out of 7 only 2 (g) complained about bed bugs, I didn't find any. The hostel is designed on a old style semi tiled house. Keep in mind that this place is a hostel so expect a minimal privacy and respect the spirit of socialization. This place have tried its best to impulse the metallic and pop culture. Under the big tree there music beats up the rhythm in you all time. Feel free to play your tracks. This is goa so in spite of any ban people comes up with drinks. Don't forget to share what ever you have with others the spirit of rejoice is up all night here. However, people who are high and pretend to be high, keep your volume in control. This place is surrounded by residential buildings and schools. All the beaches are very close and quiet easy to access anything at anytime. There is a common kitchen where you can keep your food in common refrigerator and there is a provision to cook a simple meal for yourself. The staffs are very cool Anchor, Sandeep and everybody are friendly and skilled. You name it they make it happen. Although we arrived very earlier than out scheduled time, they have provided us beds to relax (this happened in midnight). The flooring inside the rooms are uneven so watch out your steps. The cleanliness could be little more better. I wasn't expecting a comfortable stay here because goa is not a place to stay inside a cozy room.

I love Zostel goa, it's a very nice place to stay, I went for the second time and I never want to leave ! The staff is incredible and the atmosphere is really good its easy to meet good friends I definitely recommend it !

Everyone wishes to go to Goa, you can consider this hostel as your stay. The location is quite, the staffs are so helping, you can ask them anything and they'll help you with smile. I personally, would love to stay here again when I come back.

Cheap stay, decent food”
The stay here is extremely cheap and also comfortable. The staff is selectively nice, though all of them nevertheless are courteous. They provide lockers, but carry your own lock. The bathrooms were surprisingly cleaner than expectation. Not too far from Calangute circle and vehicle can be rented in the premise itself from uncle John who is pretty chill.

Awesome place for solo travelers/ backpackers”
It was my first in a tourist hostel and I loved it. Comfortable, not too far from the beaches (around 800m), and the staff are great and helpful. There's no restaurant, but the kitchen does serve breakfast (you pay for that, nominal charges - 20 for black coffee, 30 for milk tea, 100 for toasted sandwich, etc.). They even had Poha, Parathas and most egg dishes made to order, but I didn't get around to trying those... kitchen stays open until 2pm daily. They help hire bikes or get cabs/ pilots, and that is really helpful, because this place is a bit off the main road and if you've got a heavy backpack you'd probably prefer that in the Goan heat. You will obviously have people partying and coming in really late, and if you're a light sleeper that might be a problem everytime the door creeks, but then all of these are probably standard. All in all, loved it!

The place is very well located it has big open areas which is nice, the whole art and light work around bring a cool atmosphere to the place. They offered food at standard times and there's a shared kitchen for guests. Nice lounge and tv room, and I saw staff cleaning twice a day. And on top of everything the stuff is friendly and helpful. You guys nailed it!

The hostel was perfect. Located near the beach (5min walk). Once you would like to explore the area you can rent a scooter. Not close to bars and clubs, but a good atmosphere in the hostel.

It's not worth it”
I had 4 day booking and due to some family emergency I had to check out after day 2. I paid the whole amount of hostel in advance which was close to ₹9600. Though I understand it's the policy not to refund the amount but as a sincerity and humanity, they should've. I lost ₹4800 which they never gave back.. so I just paid zostel room rent for 2 days and I didn't stay. Not the type of management I would prefer. The person who spoke to me in regards to the refund system threatened me that he has my card details. What is this ? The person's name was Anirudh Rathod. Horrible person. This is how to talk to your customers. There are mafias talking to people.. very disappointed.

Not a fun place to be”
The place was not clean, had too many mosquitoes and was stinking. We had to leave the place in the middle of our trip and shift to a different hotel. The staff was friendly and helped us out. Avoid the place during rains as it gets stuffy inside.
