Zest Hotel chain is my prefference hotel while travelling with family. Why? Because this hotel offers best service exceeding our expectation. In Yogyakarta i reccomends to stay at this hotel because only walking distance from railway station, mallioboro, keraton and local cullinary in Yogyakarta. Malioboro surrounds offer huge hotel but i can say malioboro is over crowded now. And best decision to stay around neibourhood maliobto and zest hotel is the best

Pros- clean (compared to similarly priced hotels). Good shower & beds. Some rooms have city view. Offer massage and pool. Nice coffee. Cons - Bit noisy sometimes although I was here on a weekend.

Pros: value for money, friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, delicious room service food, many food stalls nearby Cons: Need to improve on cleanliness. There are lots of baby cockroaches inside my room. The water from aircond leak. Near but Still need to use Grab to head to Jalan Malioboro.

i decided to stay here because the location is near to the city and good deals of price. The staff were friendly, the room is small and the light is dim. Toilet's door was broken, can't be closed. Other guests were noisy at the corridor. the towels and floors are not so clean.

we stayed for 3 nights here. the hotel is close to gudeg permata. which we really like. walking distance to indomaret & k24. atm bca is also nearby. plus : very affordable rate. nice swimming pool even if it is small. quite cozy room. very helpful & friendly staff. breakfast is so-so but with quite enough menu variation. minus : parking lot is too small. housekeeping is not so good. we need to inform that they need to sweep under the bed. it was dusty. not sound proof. no electric keetle, but they have water dispenser outside. will still be back for another stay at zest next time. budget hotel but quite good service.
