        Quite Good”

        The room quite dusty, but fortunately the staff came to clean the floor after complaint. The room not really sound-proof. Food was quite okay, as 2-star hotel standard.

        - The washbowl was clogged - Food ordered from room service arrived an hour later, and the coffee was already cold - The waiter who sent my food was sick with influenza, he sneezed in front of me, he didn't wear a mask and the coffee cup was just open.

        Good budget hotel”

        Location is nice. Room is fine, bed is nice, but the floor is a little bit dirty. Walking in the room makes my feet dirty. Breakfast is as usual for budget hotel. However, some foods were already finished and it took some time to get replenished. Parking space is very limited. Wi-fi is little bit slow. If you need only hot shower and nice bed in south Surabaya, this hotel is acceptable.

        Again ibu Virda provide an awesome hospitality by giving me early check in and keeping the room even in the peak period. From this kind of priority, i cant choose another hotel for my visit in Surabaya. See you next time zest hotel and ibu Virda.
