3rd Anniversary”
We stayed here for our 3rd anniversary. As someone who works in a hotel, I couldn't help but notice the service, restaurant, and cleanliness. The staff with the beginner mark on their name tag provided clear explanations and were very helpful. The dinner buffet was also delicious, especially the sukiyaki which I had high expectations for. I would love to stay here again.
High cost performance”
The hotel is quite far from the Arawara Onsen Station, with only three shuttle buses per day. The hotel is located on a slope with beautiful surroundings and high-end decoration. The room is very large and clean. I stayed in a room for two people, which is enough for six people. Yukata is provided in sizes from XS to L, and even people with small stature can wear them beautifully. Although the outdoor hot spring is small, it is beautiful. There is karaoke, a pool, and a tennis court. There is a bus from Arawara Station to Higashi-Maizuru, which takes 40 minutes. I highly recommend trying the Echizen crab, which is available at an additional cost.
The hotel is good, but the guests are bad”
Maybe cause of covd19,many Japanese think we are Chinese,it’s the first time ,the Japanese make me feel impolite...
Excellent”
I was able to fully enjoy my stay as my purpose was to relax in the hot springs. The reservation system for bathing time allowed for social distancing, which was great.
Enjoyable at a reasonable price”
Enjoyed the buffet-style meals, outdoor hot springs, and free karaoke. Great value for the price and would definitely use again.
