    Best restaurant and location ”

    An American male and Indonesian female stayed for five nights it has the best hotel restaurant that we have eaten in Yogyakarta. A 3-minute walk down the sidewalk and there is an elevator next to a hotel that takes you up to a walkway to a upscale shopping mall with lots of Western food and shopping. No need to cross the road to access the shopping mall very easy. The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable the air conditioner is perfect. Room service. 24 hour pharmacy nearby. The hotel staff at the front desk can hold your luggage for you for a few hours before and after you check in that helped us a lot so we could explore the mall and shopping before we leave the hotel. Also not too far drive from class 1 immigration office

    Their staffs were so helpful. On my first day here, i'm a bit disappointed because on the pillow covers i found some spots and it was a bit fuzzy. But when i tell my problems to the housekeeping, they offers me to change it right away. And re-cleaning my room. I do appreciate it. And my room always smell nice. I love it.

    Overall, it's a comfortable Hotel !”

    Negative : 1)limited parking area, so u must give car's key to valet parking attendant. 2)Sometimes, the taste of food in breakfast is too salty and not to much various of food but it's okay because the room price include breakfast is affordable. 3) AC did'nt work well, but when i asked receptionist to fix it, then it worked well again. POSITIVE : 1)the Hotel have affordable deal price ! Not too expensive but u can have room like 4 stars hotel, i was very happy to be here. 2) The Hotel have responsible employees and they are so friendly. Maybe in the future i will stay in here again if i go to Yogyakarta. Thank you for the service
