Overall worth it, but in fact there is some missing commucation and coordination between room service and front office. On 10 AM one of room service knock my room to offering for make up room. Its freak I think. Coz still on 10 AM. Maybe I'm not extend. But when I ask to front office then the answer is coz this hotel just have a little traveller. So I think isnt eficient for work as a room service. If I said yes for make up my room. So how if I check out after that? Work twice for make up room isnt eficient. More connect your communcation and coordination better than try to JULID! #KEPO to one of guest in the hotel.

Excellent budget hotel with modern vibe!”
Stayed here for one night in a twin room. For its price, its an excellent value for money. Staffs were friendly despite not all were proficient in english. (Had to whip out my broken bahasa to communicate). Rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable but there were some ants on the table where the sugar/coffee/tea tray were. Not a big deal though personally. Location is good as it's only 10~15mins drive away from Surabaya Airport. Didn't had time to try out their facilities like their gaming lounge but the internet was fast. Lastly, it's been a while I've had such a nice morning breakfast buffet!

The room was very spacious, bright and clean with fast wifi connection. The staffs were friendly and helpfull. Fast check-in and check-out. The bathroom was a bit small though compare with the room size. There's indomaret just around the corner, a snack shop selling the famous almond cookies and other snacks as well just several walks away from the indomaret. It took 20 minutes from Yello hotel to Juanda airport in the morning.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel wouldn't provide hairdryer, more sandals, and extra stuffs until you ask for them. They will provide everything but you need to make request. They already provide towels, 1 sandal, 1 notes, 1 yellow pencil. No menu, you have to see it from the TV. Everything is provided but it's just kinda new for me with this method. No problem though. The hotel is clean, the food is okay, the decoration is for young people, and their unique facility like video games in the lounge room is interesting. We don't use them but it's a nice idea. In a sum, I'm happy with this hotel, I probably would go again when my kid is older, it would be fun.
