I stayed with my friend in the two bedroom suite for a week at Y2 Residence hotel and I just say I’m glad we booked this hotel. The staff are so friendly, accomodating and helpful! Rooms are clean and very spacious. We had a great view from our room and the pool on the rooftop is a nice chill spot to relax. You’re located in a prime spot in makati where you can easily walk to Greenbelt mall in like 20-30 mins or easily book a grab car to any location in Metro Manila. All in all, I loved staying here for my holiday and highly recommend for travellers!

My brother and I stayed here for 10 days and I can only say good things about this place. The hotel is located in Makati. It is closed to a lot of malls such as SM Makati, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Powerplant. It is very accessible to restaurants, museums, and parks. We used Grab to get around the area. The hotel has a restaurant by the lobby which is very convenient for guests. The room is equipped with a small kitchen, small dining room, and such great comfortable beds. The room is always clean and the bathroom is spotless. They also have a pool with a city view and a gym. My most favourite part of this hotel is their staff. They provided us with outstanding service! They are very kind and easy to talk to. They also have recommended us top local restaurants. They are very trustworthy. You can actually leave your valuables in your room and you will still find them where you left them when you come back. I will always remember their smiling faces when they greet you. Great Stay Spoiled by Locals”
Value for money is decent. Rooms are spacious, but the airconditioning is not effective enough to keep them cooled down. I stayed there for 6 days and got a room without view - facing a shaft. But the staff were kind enough to move me to a different room upon request at the end of my stay. This was seemingly a downgrade, as the room was half as large, and was on the low floor, but it had a view and it was possible to cool it down so I felt more comfortable there. I did not have the means nor need to take advantage of the size of the previous large room, so I didn't necessarily perceive it as a downgrade, even though technically it was. The only downside is that the hotel also hosts many locals, including families with kids and they are extremely arrogant and disrespectful. The kids run up and down the hallways screaming, banging on the walls and doors, disrupting the possibility of a peaceful stay. Adults themselves yell at each other in the hallways, talk loudly on their phones right outside your door... basically, there is constant screaming and banging going on so unless you are hard core desensitized to noise, you're gonna have a tough stay at Y2.
