Quick response and helpful staf”
I left on of my small lugage while in the middle of catching the morning flight schedule... The staf was inisiative by calling my cellphone remind about my small importtant lugage, then i turned back to hotel in a rush. The best one while the staff quick response and standby in the lobby waiting for us. thanks to them for the customers' care. Overall the hotel was very nice, located strategically for business and or pleasure trip.

Affordable premium hotel in Surabaya city centre”
Clean, comfy and well-kept business-class hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location with the huge Plaza Tunjungan a stone’s throw away. Easily accessible from the major railway stations around Surabaya and just 30 minutes from the airport. Will definitely return to this hotel!

Nice room but...”
I booked deluxe king & too bad there's no non smoking room, that made me must book the smoking one. The room is big, the air vent is great, everything almost perfect, but since it's a smoking room, the room still left with cigarette's smell. I try to ask at the front desk to change me room into non smoking, but they already prepare the room, including gave us complimentary praline which is so great. For the bath tub, when my son use it, there's some black particles that need to be wash 1st. The breakfast is good, many kind of range, from Asian to Western, from sausage to dim sum. I will be back again for sure if I visit Surabaya again, but make sure to have a non smoking room next time 😊

Perfect Location, Big Room”
During my trip here, I didn't know that it was located just near the Tunjungan Plaza. It's quite far to walk from the train station but worth the price. Indomaret point to buy some coffee and snacks is also available near the hotel. Swimming pool was clean, the room was also very big and clean. The staffs were helpful also. Will comeback here again when visiting Surabaya (if I have extra money).

I got a very deal price from Agoda and wrongly if I didn’t choose this hotel. Got a very good price with breakfast and a room clean and huge room and bathroom. I like this hotel much for location and hotel itself. Variety of food in Breakfast also. One thing from me...please renew for towel because the color was changed. Good Hotel despite the Lock-down”
They are doing a good job, concentrating their effort on two floors that they kept open, (7th floor smoking rooms) & (9th floor non-smoking rooms), staff are helpful, security screens everybody prior to entering the building.

Wyndham is our hotel of choice when we go to Surabaya. Its proximity to Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest mall in Surabaya, is one of the reason. But also the size of the room, which is bigger than most hotel rooms, and the comfortable beds.

Executive room with lounge facilities”
Birthday trip with boyfriend and the hotel staff pleasantly surprised me with a cake at the end of my stay (they found out that it was my birthday from my passport which I had to present at check-in)! Alcoholics who expect alcohol to be available during the evening at the Executive Sky Lounge would be disappointed. The selection is small and there are hardly any guests enjoying the facility. The room hair dryer was weak and bathrobes were not provided but they were subsequently provided on request. Room seems to be recently renovated as it looks different from images provided on Agoda. Executive room was relatively big and spacious but TV was small for such a big room. My card key failed a few times with the lift and I spent 30 mins going up and down as the lift wishes. Had to go to the counter where the staff kindly assist to re-program my card key. Lift waiting times were also long although they had 4 lifts. Transport to and fro hotel was convenient.
