Amazing hotel style ”
Smart 5stars hotel with amazing style and nice views from each side I enjoyed stayed 2night with my family used all the hotel facilities, we like the swimming pool view and design, one a biggest play room I ever seen . I will come agin in future and recommend to my friend. The only negative thing I had that the hotel staff are a new and no more experience to deal with customer issues. Regards HUSSAN

The check in and out of the hotel is too long and it took me 3 hours to get my room ready I arrived 15:30 and received the room 17:30 Looks like the hotel is under staffed and calking hotel management or a Wyndham have no deference

Bad first impression”
Once we got to the hotel, we directly went to the reception for check-in, the receptionist name was “Fate”. We were first in-line as there was no que, the bad part is that we were not greeted at all what we faced was exactly in the contrary of greetings from the receptionist Fate. We came up to her to ask her for check-in, and without her eye contact she was staring at her screen. She just pointed her index to the right And said I’m busy! We were shocked at the moment and couldn't say a word, the other receptionist we were pointed to was already busy with another guest. So we instantly asked for the supervisor because the situation was intolerable. And there came Janice, which was the opposite of Fate. She changed our perspective for the hotel. She apologized for the misbebavior and agreed that this kind of act from a hotel staff is strictly not acceptable as they will take further action upon it. Nevertheless, Janice took us to the private business lounge and checked us in.

Love the hotel, the room is big and modern very clean, the pool is little small, I only have one negative thing about the elevator it's a bit slow. over all I highly recommend to stay at this hotel and coming back soon.

Good for an overnight in peace.”
Pros: excellent bath and overhead shower. Toiletries smell nice. bed and pillows to die for. Hotel vibe is all stone and clean lines. Cons: dry hotel so no Booze. High tech features for rooms maybe need to explain to first time customers on check-in. Spent good 10mins trying to find and turn on aircon..it's next to bed on wall not at room entry. Couch in room feels out of place. It's heavy fabric and grey..I'm no interior designer but would think as five star it might be leather or something lighter to.match bed and other excellent room fittings Room had some technical bugs got maintenance to unplug annoying light that flashed on and off like a fire alarm very bright. After several phonecall they sent someone to unplug it but initially said this was "normal".

The location is fantastic and rooms are super huge. Lovely furniture and the view is super excellent. It is really five stars hotel, but the shortage in staff is a problem during check in and out.

staff at the reception barely smile or do eye contact, even when u ask things u get an answer with head down. photos of rooms show big couch, when u get there u get a chair, photos " at agoda " at least not matching the real rooms. wont stay again, but location is excellent.

Nice Room”
Terrifically designed room, with super comfortable bed. Restaurant lounge is nice with great view and good buffet. Pool and other facilities ok, although kids facilities are excellent. Parking is difficult for large cars. Location for Avenue Mall but nothing else.

Short in staffs ”
My would say I love this place so much that I always come back for it, this is like my 8th or 9th times that I been here. Love the view at the pool toward the World Trade Center building. I find the check in and check out very hectic due to short of the staffs or maybe because it during the eid holiday when I last visited so it probably crowded. The six sense spa will be open soon (they said) but it has been months that I have been waiting Overall they are great recommended Shoutout for Kartika very helpful during checking in.

Great view, wonderful location, nice/big room, comfy beds. friendly staff, lovely lobby. The only things we didn’t like: - wood floor in shower, we didn’t like it at all. - don’t park your car in valet, it takes very long time to get it back. - staff are friendly and supportive but still they need some more trainings.
