The Arcadia was in a good location for our need to be near family, not far from the road out to Sumner & Lyttleton. The owners have done a nice job of upgrading the kitchens and barrooms. A huge plus was sitting in a comfy recliner to relax and watch a little tv. Bed was very comfy also. The owner was interesting to talk with.
