Good place for local families. Otherwise no.”

Nice staff. They know how to cook but only get a chance for conventions, weddings etc. They lose big points for having AC yet still having shutters that can't be closed. This means bugs can entire freely and you hear every noise in courtyard. TV signal is useless. WiFi intermittent and very weak unless you are outside room. Cold water only. This is near a university. That means plenty of low cost neighbourhood warung. Breakfast is different every day. One day they knocked on my door with breakfast tray at 5:45 AM. Only two staff speak English and one is a kitchen cook.
