There are many hotel options in the Cikarang area, but because I have a small child, I wanted to try staying at ISPI...it turns out the room is comfortable, the receptionist's service is very good, and the swimming pool facility is a major attraction, highly recommended. However, there is an issue with the key sensor of the room...I changed the key twice but it still didn't work. It needs to be fixed. Also, for the elevator, it would be great if both could be turned on, not just one, because on weekends, when the check-out is crowded, only one is working. I waited for an hour, and it was always full, while I was carrying a baby. In the end, I had to go down by myself from the 5th floor to the lobby. I hope this can be improved. Overall, everything else is okay...
Pelayanan dari staff by offline dan online 10/10✨️ 3 malam menginap, amenities di ganti dan makeup room setiap hari 9/10🙏🏻 Fasilitas: AC kurang dingin dan berisik, water heater tidak bekerja dengan baik (air tidak hangat), sprei putihnya terlihat ada bekas bercak (sebenarnya bersih, kesannya jadi kurang clean), pintu toilet saat di buka-tutup berisik. Jadi untuk fasilitas 7/10. Untuk harga 300rb++ include breakfast (diantar ke kamar) 9/10 ✨️
Kamarnya besar ya saya dapat free upgrade dari superior king jadi deluxe. Awal masuk kamar nya belum wangi, tapi keesokan harinya setelah saya kembali dari luar kamar sudah wangi sepertinya habis di bersihkan. Tvnya hanya ada tv kabel, ada wifi tapi jaringan tidak stabil. Sempet minta gula pas malem sampai besoknya ga dikasi kasi. Kolam renangnya cukup besar tapi perosotannya kurang licin jadi pas meluncur sering nyangkut. Dan ternyata di buka buat umum juga jadi pas jam 9an mulai penuh pengunjung dari luar hotel. Tempat parkir di luar alhasil motor keujanan. Pas pulang tau² ada tukang parkir padahal pas malem yg jaga security trus dimintain duit udah gitu ga bantuin nyebrang juga. Bukannya udah free parkir ya? Ada security disana tapi dia diem aja seakan si tukang parkir itu yg jaga selama ini. Better orang luar gt ga usah ikut ikutan jadi juru parkir ya. Soalnya harusnya udah free parkir kan saya pesan dari agoda. Oh iya liftnya cuman 1 yg aktif pengunjung banyak dan ga ada lift barang jadi alhasil mau turun susah pas lagi jam check out. Sisanya sih ok ya.. sama di kamar ada bagian tembok yg udah lembab dan ac nya sudah lama ya dan buat mencapai dingin yg di inginkan agak lama. Ya sesuai harga sih. Terimakasih buat pengalaman menginapnya. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih bagus lagi
Did not expect the price to be cheap but the quality is okay, it's rare for a room to be provided with complete bolster pillows which adds to the comfort, including the service and free swimming pool access as much as we want. Next time, I will definitely come back here. Please maintain the quality and cleanliness so that customers always feel comfortable when visiting.

I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel! One of the main attractions is the water park, which is very enjoyable and perfect for families or vacations with children.
