Booked this for 2 nights in preparation for the wedding of our friends last April 15, 2023. Room we had was the one on the 14th floor. The room was clean and it has the following: hair dyer, sofa, work table, kettle, complimentary water bottles, mini kitchen and many more. The bed was big and very comfortable. What’s well commended here are the staff members since never did I saw anyone who did not greet with a smile. They are very courteous and polite! Kudos to all! The breakfast buffet was amazing plus the view at the 31st floor was also very spectacular! Will definitely consider staying again here. Forgot to mention, it’s walking distance to Alabang town center.

Cozy and Convenient ”
My mom and I were welcomed by very friendly bellmen who ensured our luggage were handled with care. Checked-in and Out by Mr. Carl who was professional and provided a seamless arrival and departure experience. He also answered all by queries made via phone from my room. A true hotelier. My mom enjoyed the movie night with complimentary snacks. She knew about it thanks to the lovely lady that met us in the elevator that informed us of this. She was the same personnel who hosted us in the executive lounge and was at the Concierge desk as well. Housekeeping promptly accommodated our requests for toiletries and amenities with a smile and warmth. Only comment is the washroom is not very clean. Whilst taking a bath and filled the tub with water, there were debris and hair coming out of the drain. The mildew stains also did not made us comfortable taking a shower albeit the rest of the room’s cleanliness were fine. I didn’t report it as it was very late in the evening and we were very tired. In addition, the hallways and breakfast areas were too warm and lacking ventilation. I would recommend this hotel for short stays after a long flight. Vivere was quite cozy and the staff were amazing.

We recently celebrated Mother's Day at Vivere Hotel. Me and my mom thoroughly enjoyed the cozy room where we stayed. The accommodations were comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for my son was definitely the Lama pool and playroom. He spent hours enjoying the facilities, which were clean and safe. It was heartwarming to see him having so much fun. The dining experience was another highlight of our stay. We had a delightful dinner with a menu that offered a variety of delicious options at The Nest. The buffet breakfast the next morning was a value for money with its wide selection of tasty dishes. Good stay with some setbacks”
My recent stay at this property was relaxing. The room is beautiful, specious, and comfortable. The location was across the street from a huge mall with lots of attractions for kids. Even though I've stayed for 4 nights. I did not check out the rest of the amenities they've offered. Such as, massages, spa's, pool, and laundry. The restaurant is on the rooftop. The breakfast in my opinion were limited, and not so good. However, some of their food on the menu are delicious. Most of the staff are friendly, but sometimes when you encounter one that is not nice, that one ruin it all for rest. The property was clean and beautiful. What I did not like the most, is when I hang the sign"please make room". The housekeeper's ignores it, and they don't clean the room. But when I don't hang the sign, they come in without permission and clean the room. I could have given this property a 2 star because of the housekeeper's ignorance, but it would not be fair for those who works so hard to keep this property a 5 star.
