Guests absolutely love the excellent and friendly staff at this hotel. They also appreciate the great location of the hotel, which is in the city center and just a short walk away from the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a good balcony. The beautiful infinity pool is also a highlight, offering a nice view of the city. Advantages: 1. The location is great, right in the city center and very close to a Korean market; it takes only 5 minutes to get to any place you want to visit in the city. 2. Staff friendliness; at other hotels, many staff members only speak English or Vietnamese, but here they make an effort to communicate using Papago. 3. I traveled with a smoker, and choosing a balcony room was convenient because smoking is allowed there. 4. The water pressure is good. 5. The bedding is very nice. Disadvantages: 1. The refrigerator is not cool; it just maintains a lukewarm temperature. When I inquired at the desk about this, they said it couldn't be made cooler than this and suggested that if I want to keep something cold, I should leave it at the desk. This might not meet Korean standards. 2. There are many foreigners in the breakfast area (mostly Chinese and a lot of Westerners). The restaurant is large with many seats, but it's very crowded, so there aren't many spots close to the food, and the empty seats are far from the food, making it hard to go back and forth. 3. The breakfast food is limited. It doesn't suit Korean tastes; they set up a lot of the same food, making it look like there are many varieties, but in reality, there aren't many options. The fruits are not sweet, and even the watermelon is bland. I stayed for three nights and never found anything tasty among the cooked dishes; I just barely filled my stomach (one day, they filled three trays with only watermelon). Eating eggs or bread is a bit of a hassle. 4. The noise from cleaning the adjacent room in the morning is bothersome. On the day I was planning to sleep in, I was woken up four times by the cleaning noise from next door. At first, I thought it was someone trying to open our room, as it could be heard very clearly from that close. 5. The elevator moves slowly. This is a common issue in Korea, so it might be difficult to consider it a disadvantage. Although it can be annoying, especially since the breakfast area is crowded and the slow elevator takes a long time, there are naturally people who try to cut in line. 6. The air conditioning is subtly cool. Even when you come back from outside and feel hot, the air conditioning is only mildly refreshing, which can be a bit frustrating. It takes time to cool down; you really have to sit in the room doing nothing to feel comfortable. Even a travel companion who doesn't usually feel the heat remarked if the air conditioning was broken. I would book this place if it were free, but I don't think I'll come here again with my own money. Of course, the issues I faced might be unique to the room I stayed in, but I don’t want to roll the dice on a room experience. A hotel where I regretted staying for three nights. If you’re looking for an affordable place based solely on location, it’s worth considering.
I arrived late at night and chose a hotel for pickup, and among the remaining options, it was the cheapest room, but it's fine as long as you don't open the curtains (the view is pretty much the next-door house ^^). Since I only slept there at night, it didn't matter much, and the room was really spacious. Also, the bedding was exceptionally clean, like freshly boiled, and the water was clean enough that I probably didn't need to use a shower filter. I had to wait a bit to check in because many people were checking in at the same time, but the lobby didn't seem very cool. Breakfast is quite delicious!! The spicy rice noodle soup served for breakfast is tasty. I also used the pool in the morning, where there were lifeguards, and you could borrow life vests for free, and the view was so nice that it was really great, haha. The deepest part of the pool is 1.6 meters, so it's pretty deep.
The room had beautiful design, spacious and very clean. The bed was amazingly good, the best one I’ve had in Vietnam. All the staff I interacted with were nice and polite. I like that the 28th floor pool is kinda protected from the sun because it’s covered by the building. The best location near the beach, night market and a lot of food and shopping. Breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold food, mainly Asian food though. Elevator wait time was long at peak times, especially because 1/4 elevators was broken during my stay. The fridge wasn’t cool at all. The complimentary coffee in the room was with milk and sugar, I wish there was black coffee. Breakfast room was very crowded, therefore not a nice space to enjoy the meal.

The location is really great. All the famous restaurants and shops in Nha Trang city are just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are also spacious and clean. One downside was that I used the hotel pickup service, and although I was told at the time of booking that card payment was possible, when I checked in, they said card payment was not accepted and I had to pay in cash immediately. Since I only had Korean won, I paid by exchanging it at the hotel's exchange rate (which was terrible), but it left me uneasy from the moment I checked in. The staff member who assisted me at check-in didn’t seem friendly at all, which made it worse. However, everyone else was friendly, which made the comparison more pronounced.

I planned a free trip with 5 friends and booked 2 rooms at Virgo Hotel, which is close to the city center. I reserved a family room terrace for 4 people and a standard room for 2 with no view. The standard room with no view has a window connected to the neighboring hotel, so you can't even pull the curtains, making it feel very cramped and closed in. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation ^^ Also, the room key was worn out and tattered ㅠ It seemed to have connectivity issues as it would turn off unexpectedly while I was washing up, and I had to request a key replacement twice while waiting in the light of my phone. Pros: The city's restaurants and currency exchange facilities are just a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to find with just Google Maps. In the evening, it's very convenient to walk to the beach for the night market and then return to Virgo Hotel after passing through the city; the location is a perfect score of 100 out of 100. The staff are friendly and the cleaning conditions are good. During the hot midday, you can have fun in the pool on the 28th floor, the water is quite cold, which helps to beat the heat. I had a flight at 1 AM, so I got a massage right in front of the hotel and relaxed until check-out at 10 AM. I applied for the airport pickup service in advance, so I arrived at the airport comfortably.
