Great place for family with young kids”
I got fmily room now all 5 of us can sleep comfortably. We also got an early check in hence we went Vivo city for lunch. No need to worry about food. As we were heading back, it started to drizzle hence we planned for the boys to do some children activities provided by the hotel (mini hotelier: mini artist - did the terrarium in the pic; mini house keeper - my boys so enjoy in cleaning the window and folding blanket, mini engineer - boys not interested; other craft activities at lobby which we didn't manage to do) After doing the activities, the boys earned hotelier dollars which they can use to exchange for snacks - 1 dollar (Wang wang) 5 dollar (London roll cake) 10 dollar (mamee, double deck snack). Currently as I review this, both boys resting as they had too much fun at Swimming pools! That's one of the highlight in this hotel - 4 types of swimming pools and we tried all when the rain got smaller. Got children playground - got mini slides, Lazy pool - sit on floats and move with the water (our favourite!) Adventure pool - which got different heights. Overall, it was a great staycation.

Very impressed w the hotel, from location, cleanliness to services. Hotel also provide free shuttle to Vivo city which is very convenient for dining out n shopping options. They also provide some free kids activities n mini hotelier program in January, which is fantastic for kids to get involved. Love everything about this hotel!

Great holiday vibe”
First time at this hotel, very impressed with the facilities. Service was great too, check-in very smooth. Loved the room - clean and well maintained. Breakfast at Native Kitchen did not disappoint, despite the place being more crowded with tour groups returning, the restaurant staff were patient and attentive, and food was kept well replenished. Only 2 things which could have been done better, there were many mosquitoes at the Lazy River. And I wish there were bathrobes provided in the room or more hooks, since there are no wardrobes available. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would be back again!

Small rooms but great hotel for families with small children”
First time to try this hotel and although the room was small, it was still okay for my family of four. It even has a bathtub even if the space was small. The toilet was one of those Japanese ones with heated seats and remote control bidet. My kids really enjoyed that feature. 🤣 The lobby has traditional Singaporean kid's snacks that my children really liked. There were ice machines and vending machines on every floor. There were also free coffee and tea beside those. Location was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes away from the Imbiah station and about 10 minutes if you feel like walking to Universal. The pool was nice and had a great view. Overall a solid 9.5/10. Will definitely come back.

Excellent for relaxing ”
Travelling with small children sometime exhausting but at this hotel you can enjoy your time with them as they have activities for the kids to participate in. The swimming pool are awesome and the view is breathtaking. Room is quite spacious for myself, my husband and our 6 years old daughter. Appreciate putting in the TOTO Japanese bidet which most of the hotels in Spore aren't able to do so. Will definitely come back again!

Checking in was quick and simple. Staffs were very helpful. Location was great as it's close to Imbiah station, just a 5 minutes walk. Room was clean, the pools were great, and there are many activities for kids.

We enjoyed our stay greatly, and appreciated the proximity to Imbiah Station. The swimming pool was a delight and a hit with the kids. Rooms were clean at check in, and hotel staff were friendly, warm and thoughtful. It would be good if the hotel could work with Sentosa mgm to erect signages for wheelchair and stroller access from Imbiah Station to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, the swimming pools are well catered for kids of all ages, and the hotel provides pool towels for use as well! Love this sweet gesture from them!

One of the best hotel that I have went to. Staffs were excellent, swimming pools was the best, rooms were ok, bed is just nice for 4 of us and importantly the activities were made for the kids! Loved it and thank u village hotel!

Excellent Hotel in Sentosa!”
This was a really excellent hotel in Sentosa, the rooms were very nice and the bed was amazing! A great view to the 5 pools offered by the hotel A free shuttle service to Vivocity and 3 mins walk to the bus station and rail station to go to the beach. Really nice staff! The only downside was that I felt the check in process was a bit long but other than that everything was perfect!

Family Vacation”
Very family friendly hotel. They discourage smoking in the room which is absolutely amazing if you are traveling with kids. We were checked in at a timely manner byt there were some hiccups along the way. First, when reached to the room the bags inside were not ours. Sevond, we booked the pool view but only gotten a roof view but they changed immediately after finding out it was not a full pool view (which they should be aware of) but nonetheless we had a great experience and the breakfast buffet are amazing!

The pools are great. There were several pools to choose from. My kids (8 and. 11) really enjoyed themselves. We were fortunate to have a room on the same floor as the pool and that was helpful with children. Easily accessible to the monorail station (a few minutes walk only). In-house dining was expensive so bring along some snacks. There is no tea/coffee in the room too. The 7-11 nearby closes early.

The rooms were a little bit on the small side but practical and clean. The star of the show was the pool(s). Superb! Good location, short walk to Imboah sration, near RWS. Definitely recommend for families with kids. They will have a blast at the pools.

Love the swimming pool. My kids enjoy playing in the pool too. Excellent customer service from the staff - receptionist, staff at concierge, housekeeping staff. Easy to move around with nearby monorail. 7-11 is also there at the nx building but closes at 9pm.

Perfect vacation, awesome services”
Right from the check-in till the check-out, everything was perfect. Popcorn and ice cream were distributed during the check-in. Their swimming pools certainly deserve an award. My family and I truly enjoyed the different pools. I cant wait to book the hotel in Dec. Kudos to the hotel for ensuring a magical stay to all guests regardless age.

accidentally pressed on the not recommended. but it is highly recommended. yet, even if i pressed wrongly, let’s just take it as we dont want to share the hotel with anyone and have it to ourselves ! hahahaha why is it recommended? because the room was cozy, the pool space was big and beautiful especially at night because of the lights and shining up those palm trees. love the hotel alot!

Best family hotel on Sentosa Island”
There were some hiccups (door lock low battery)during check in, but we truly enjoyed our stay here! The pool view and pool is amazing. The mini games (Nerf, balloon sculpting etc) and childhood snacks at the hotel lobby were an added plus. Their Aug 2022 activities for kids (below 13yo) are very well planned. Definitely will return. Thanks to Wai Lun, Yvonne from Native Kitchen, Rina from Mini Chef Pastamania and all the staff for making our stay wonderful!!

Great pool, kids-friendly activities, nice staff”
This is the first time we stay at Village hotel sentosa. Very impressed with the pool. My kids love it! There's also movie screening on sat night and many kids-friendly activities, as well as free snacks and popcorn. We were assigned a room with a great view of the pool. Staff courteous, especially the 2 staff who checked us in: shima and ramound.
