Cozy and affordable”
It was located In the middle of local residents and take about 20 minutes walk to the beach. Staffs were really helpful. Master bedroom is spacious with walk in closet at the back of headboard. Other bedroom is smaller with twin bed but it fits my needs with two teenagers. Dining room and kitchen are cozy, made us feel like home. The most favorite part of the villa is the swimming pool, kids love it and they swim twice a day.

A very good home base in Sanur”
We stayed for a week in Villa Tulip #1. The villa is spacious and well furnished with a lovely pool and Gazebo area. There is a little cafe on site from which breakfast is prepared. You can also order food to be delivered to your villa. The staff are very help and they leave you in privacy unless you call them for some reason. No gardeners or pool cleaners turning up out of the blue. I takes about 15 minutes of a pleasant walk in to the main street, up the road and down a lane. There is a fancy resort up the road from the villa with a great spa and a lovely restaurant and gardens. We dined there a few times. Mahagiri Resort. All in all we had a great week in Villa Tulip.

Really nice place with a lot of space. Someone comes to the villa to cook every morning. Location is a bit far from restaurants and beach, but it's still in walking distance.

Hidden villa in sanur area”
This is an excellent place to stay with your family if you need a private area in Sanur. Even it's located in a hidden street. Villa Tulip gives you soma privacy and a perfect place to relax.

You get what you pay for…”
Villa was an alrounder. Big spacious private pool. The villa on its own was slightly run down, could do with a bit of general maintenance and upkeep. walls outside were Mouldy and paint was peeling off some of the walls. Arrived at the Villa and my partner found urine on the toilet seat (most likely hadn’t of been cleaned) and the drain in the shower had a strong smell of urine coming out of it for a few days. Basic breakfast which was expected. Villa could do with a few more amenities such as a bottle opener (for the ones who like to drink). Overall, Villa was good for the price we paid per night ($70AUD) and you get what you pay for. Good location, around a 10 minute walk to beach and shops and very close to local night market. I would recommend this place but don’t expect a lot!

We were quite nervous as we were traveling with a 1yo for the first time but the staff at villa tulip made our stay very pleasant. They provided us with cot and high chair which made it easier for us to manage our little one. Location wise is great because it’s quiet and private. You can call a taxi if you want to head out to the beach or you can walk to the Main Street in 10 mins! Recommended!

Book the villa but they said the villa over there was full. Then we moved to another villa near by which also belongs to them. They said the size was same. I think the point should be let us know it before the confirmation of the booking.

We booked 4 BR Villa, basically the villa is OK but the facilities is not so good, the furniture need to be updated, TV in the main living room is not work, the staff standby alone and we can not always reach him, the garden beside pool is growth high and not well maintained maybe due to pandemic, the walk path to villa is so dark

To be quite honest we stayed in much cheaper places around Canggu and Sanur that were a lot more pleasant than villa tulip. We decided to splash out on the last night and go for something a little more expensive, based on the photos the place looked great. But unfortunately it was a lot smaller than we thought, and didn't have the warm friendly Bali feel to it. The elderly Dutch owner also came into our villa and started ranting how he had to leave Australia because of lenient abortion laws and marriage equality. Which made for an awkward conversation with him. All in all I would spend my money somewhere else.

Our Second visit to Villa Tulip 1”
We stayed in Villa Tulip June 2015 and was so impressed that we had to come back. This trip in March 2016 was just as enjoyable as the last. We had Villa 3 this time, slightly smaller than Villa 1, but for a couple or small family perfect. The staff as usual were always on hand and always willing to help out or respond to any requests. The Villa was beautiful and clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was cooked in our own outdoor kitchen and alfresco, with a great choice of food. We basically just had everything for breakfast. The location of Villa Tulip 1 at first seems quite inland, but once you discover the short-cut it is an easy 7 minutes walk to the main street shops and the beach. Sanur for those that haven't visited before is quiet and appears to attract older visitors which suits us perfectly. This time in March it was very quiet, but that meant even better service at most places we visited. I can highly recommend Villa Tulip 1, we will be back again.

lovely villa”
We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. Recommend using the complimentary bikes to ride around, as it was a reasonable distance to the beach, and so hot when walking. The bike ride along the ocean front is delightful, with so many places to choose for a drink. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They drove us to our massage appointment which was a bit far to walk. Our villa no 5 was at the back of the complex and was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed having our breakfast cooked for us each day and can recommend the croissants. We would stay again in the future.

Great villa, staff terrific, loved it, only a wee bit out the way as we have walking problems, bit taxis were plentiful. Staff had no problems calling one for us. Recommend them most definitely. Great breakfast too.
