Stayed at the place for 1 one night. Was a great view with quiet place. Price can be considered as average for low budget person. Staffs are quite friendly and even can look for other services, like renting car or mount trekking. Having all basic facilities, but pls take note that they have only wall fan for room and it is good enough since the area itself having low temperature. Toilet and bathroom are good. Need to get your own stuff like, toothpaste, brush etc. In conclusion, I prefer because almost all basic facilities are available, and having such a nice view on top of that.

Stayed here for one night, before a trail running race the next day. It was conveniently close to the main road at the top of the hill. Staff are very friendly, good breakfast, cheap beer. Rooms are standard, not amazing but no complaints. There was some building work going on by the lake which made the lake view less appealing but I'm sure that's only temporary. Overall I had a good experience!

It’s a good place but Wrong location on google map, it’s on the left side of the road. - reconstruction, they built something right in front of a bungalow and around 10 men start from 8 am knocking and shouting. - we were waiting three hours before they come and check in, give us the key - the room was dirty and dusty. I had to clean it by myself - they don’t have duvet cover -wifi was bad in our room - you can ask the food but it’s all local and fat, very hard to digest -good view but a lot of constructions on the lake and wires so you can’t see a clear view -good people, welcoming staff, always want to help but they can’t because of the way how the place was made -if they build a cafe in front of bungalows it would be impossible to have any privacy. -hot water was good -two towels, fan

La vue sur le volcan est parfaite, mais c'est très vétuste. De plus il n'y avait pas de housse de couverture, le drap de lit était taché en beaucoup d'endroits, la réception était toujours fermée (à mon arrivée à 14h et à mon départ à 12h) et pour finir la gérante voulait que je paie presque le double du prix convenu sur l'application lors de ma réservation. J'ai vraiment dû insister pour payer le bon prix. Selon elle il s'agit d'une erreur d'Agoda qui propose des promotions sans qu'elle donne son accord. Il y avait aussi une souris dans la chambre à un moment, mais bon, c'est la nature.

Benar2 full kayu. Tidak ada AC tapi angin dari danau cukup dingin, jadi tetap butuh selimut. Saya stay di lantai 2, gordennya cuma gorden tipis, tidak seperti kamar lain yg gorden tebal. Jadi kalau malam agak tidak nyaman.
