The room was spacious, the service good as long as we asked. Location and views fantastic. Lots of nice little places to eat in walking distance along the coast. The bed was very hard, and the shower was low in pressure (not very enjoyable) . Probably a bit expensive for the standard compared to other places in Bali

A perfect hotel to end a wonderful vacation”

We spent three days at Villa Helen during our eight day vacation in Bali. It was the perfect place to relax and the hotel grounds were gorgeous. The five minute walk to the beach and to the local cafes was so pleasant. When you visit Villa Helen you will not want to leave!

This was the most tranquil and wonderful holiday I have ever had . The magnificent views , the ambience and the most generous and courteous staff and management made this a memorable stay . I hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved Villa Hellen! Great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms and walking distance to everything. Great place for relaxing and value for money. Owner (Magnus) is very helpful and friendly. Villa is only 2 years old and by far the best place to stay in Balian. Sea view from everywhere, easy access to restaurants and surfing spots. Will be back for sure!

Fabulous view, disappointing service”

Whilst the location and view was terrific, we were not even greeted when we arrived and were casually informed that we could have a choice of a couple of rooms and that was all. There is no gym, as advertised, in fact, no service whatsoever and there was drilling and construction within the villas for the entire duration of our stay. We understand that construction is a requirement but it really ruined our supposedly serene and peaceful getaway. We were not informed, compensated nor provided an apology. The Balinese staff were friendly and tried hard, however, the owner did not introduce himself and our group felt as though we were inconveniencing them by being there. This accommodation has so much potential but is currently overpriced in light of the lack of amenities, hospitality and one star service.

Sign to the villa was unclear. We missed it and have to asked local people. The villa don't many occupancy, so we had a quite stay. This is good place to relax and enjoy surfing. View from the swimming pool was awesome!

The location, room, and staff were fantastic...we intended to stay only one night as we were passing through, but decided to to extend our stay for multiple days.

Вилла находится в тихом месте, в деревне. Рядом пляж с черным песком, берег довольно чистый , удобен и для серферов. К пляжу нужно идти минут 7 .. хозяин в проекте хочет добиться разрешения на постройку прямого спуска с виллы. Я снимала свиту, большой чистый номер с видом на океан. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Бассейн с прохладной водой ухоженный и чистый. Подавали только завтрак ( фрукты, яичницв, кофе) , но рядом есть много ресторанчиков. Персонал и хозяева виллы очень дружелюбны и стараются обеспечить максимальный комфорт. Чудесные закаты открываются с этого места. Мне было уютно там в тишине медитировать и заниматься йогой.
