This is the hotel where I stayed on the last day of my 10-day ryokan tour in Sapporo before returning to Korea. Although it seems to be a little far from Susukino and Tanukikoji if you look at the map, it only takes 5 minutes to walk there with my slow pace. So it was actually quiet and nice. The bed was very cozy, clean, and the staff were friendly. The lobby on the first floor also had free drinks! I have tried breakfast at several hotels that are famous among Koreans, but this one was the best. They serve kaisendon and crab, so the satisfaction level is the highest. And all the breakfast dishes were delicious, highly recommended. Even if you only eat kaisen-don for 8 days, it's really okay. Many Japanese people stayed there, and Taiwanese people were the next most common. The public bath was also very clean, and just in case you're wondering, the round tub that looks like a hinoki bath is actually cold water. For those who like to go to the sauna and then jump into cold water, it's heaven (for me). And the reason why I recommend it even if there are some things that are missing is that it is very, very clean and has a nice smell. Do you want cleanliness? Definitely choose this hotel!

During this trip, we stayed at four different accommodations, and this one was voted as the most popular by our family. The staff had excellent foreign language skills, and their English was great, making communication easy. They were quick and efficient in resolving any issues. The accommodation was spacious, with a simple yet stylish design that incorporated Japanese elements. The amenities were complete, and there was an additional self-service area with complimentary items that did not incur extra charges. The bath area was also beautiful, with a well-designed layout that allowed for easy movement even with many people. The hot and cold pools were both excellent. There were also five washing machines and dryers nearby, which were perfect for those staying for an extended period. Despite the high demand, there was no waiting time, which was impressive. However, it was a bit inconvenient to prepare many 100 yen coins. The hotel was conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the Tobu-Nerima subway station, which had escalators, making it easy to carry luggage. There was also a streetcar at the hotel's intersection, which was perfect for exploring the city center. Buying a one-day pass was convenient and cost-effective. After walking around all day, it was great to be able to take various modes of transportation back to the hotel. For those driving, there was a large parking lot nearby that charged only 1000 yen per day.

We are very happy with our stay here. We stayed for the first night and booked an additional 3 nights. We chose this place for two reasons: the food and the amenities. The breakfast is really good, with salmon, tuna, and clams, as well as hotate (scallop) and a salad bar. They also have fried and grilled chicken and pork. The ice cream is really good too. You can eat as much as you want, but be careful not to eat too much raw fish in the morning. It's hard to imagine eating it all. The amenities are great, with everything you need and very clean. The staff is very friendly, but be careful when tour groups arrive, as it can get crowded. Some tour groups don't care about cleanliness and leave their things in the shower and bathtub with soap bubbles. The staff at the counter can speak a little English and use a translation device, but the service is really good. Our first impression of this hotel was great. We were very tired from traveling, but the welcome drink and friendly service made us feel comfortable and refreshed. They even provided free face wash, lotion, combs, and hair ties. The bed is really comfortable, the air conditioning is great, and the bathroom is very clean. They also provide an air purifier in every room. We booked for 4 nights and chose the option with breakfast every other day because we couldn't handle eating it every day and waking up early. Breakfast is served from 6-9:30 am.

While we were traveling by car, the location is fantastic for those taking public transportation. We walked to Sapporo Station easily and with lots to see in-between. The front desk staff was friendly and Ms. Endo made sure our children had their kids amenities provided. The public bath on the 2nd floor was a little crowded at times but very convenient. The beds were great, temperature control was easy, and everything seemed clean. We did notice a smell from the bathroom that might have been coming from the exisiting shower curtain, but it was not a big inconvenience. One little downside during our 3 nights there was one particular car park attendant who was not friendly, but the others were very pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
