A good place for family travelers”
It is located at the heart of American Village. At night, the streets are lively and there are lots of places to have dinner in walking distances. Lawson CVS is on the ground floor of Annex building and the public bath (each in main and annex building) was a great relaxation after lots of activities during daytime. A plenty of complimentary parking spaces are definitely a plus for those travelling with a rental car. Breakfast was pretty good except that it doesn't have stations for omelettes or pancakes/waffles (as I enjoy those very much in brunch buffets). I strongly recommend a walk along the beach of American Village in the morning after breakfast. The hotel is well connected to the esplanade.

Very nice hotel.”
The family room was large and clean, very comfortable. There were 4 beds, I think 2 semi double beds and 2 twin beds. We are a family of 4 but there were enough space. The Onsen was great too. There was a clean sauna room, and got spectacular ocean view. The breakfast buffet was great too!! My dad loved the Okinawa style stir fried vegetable. I would love to come back again.

Great hotel in the American Village ”
Everything is great except a bit far from bus station. Helpful, nice and English speaking staff. A convenience store (Lawson) on the first floor. Plenty of restaurants at 5-10 mins walking distant. Bicycle rental service. Literally next to the beach. The only drawback for non-driving tracker would be the 15mins walking distant from bus stops, but they are still easy to find.

We enjoyed going around American Village! There is a lot of restaurants that you can try-on during your stay. The hotel was also very accessible to other beach location, clean and the staff’s are very accommodating. It should have been perfect if the pool was free of use for the guests.

Exceptional”
Central location in the heart of American Village next to Sunset Beach. Very clean and welcoming. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi cost extra but includes free soft drinks. Public bath facilities were available for free, but no visible tattoos allowed.

In the heart of American Village. Next to Sunset Beach. Our room (with balcony) is facing the ocean! Marvelous view! Hot bath is available on the top floor. Many choices with buffet breakfast! Do not forget to take a walk along the beach where a lot of restaurants, bars are there. Parking is free of charge. Highly recommended!

Family trip during go to campaign ”
We booked the trip before Tokyo residents were able to receive the go to campaign discount, but got it anyway since our trip was after Oct 1st. I am happy to say we would have paid the full price and would come back again. We stayed in the annex building, high floor with a beach view. Great for young children- 2 min to sunset beach, (Paid) rooftop pool and jacuzzi, indoor onsen with two types baths- regular and hibiscus bath which smelled amazing, just off the American village which was like an amusement park for the children and gave us many options for meals, different cuisines and on terraces etc. The breakfast buffet which was included in our plan was very good offering western options and local Okinawa dishes, and a Lawson conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel. We wanted a place where we had something fun to do in case we go bad weather. Lucky for us typhoon 14 passed quickly. I highly recommend and thanks for having us!

The room was nice spacious and big beds, they offered a third bed for my family of 4 but the bed was big enough for all of us. I stayed on the 10th floor with a perfect view of Sunset beach. This hotel is close to everything in American village.

The best hotel overall during my Okinawa stay. Highly recommend. Has nice hot bath pools with a various temperatures. Self service at the counter with the shampoo/conditioner/face wash/ toothbrush etc Great breakfast available too.. can eat the Okinawa famous food with a good taste.

Great Resort in American Village”
We stayed in the Junior suite, which had a fantastic view of the sunset and an amazing bath tub looking out to the water also. You need to purchase a pool pass (1000 yen /day) which we did during our stay, the pool was wonderful and they had a kids pool for our daughter to play in too. The pool pass included an all you can drink softdrink machine also. Sadly the beach nearby was closed because of COVID-19, but we happy to enjoy the pool and take-away from surrounding restaurants (most give discounts if you show your room card - the hotel will give you a list of the discounts). Would be very happy to stay here again and enjoy the great selection of their buffet breakfast.

I was able to nab a room at a discounted rate from here and knowing how expensive it can be at this location, i knew it was a steal. phenomenal breakfast bar, awesome view of the city lights (or ocean view, options are there) , just can't beat it for the location it is at too.
