Relaxing lagoon stay ”
The Vedana resort had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our hilltop pool villa was wonderful, very clean and spacious with a bath tub overlooking the lagoon and a huge private pool which wasn’t overlooked. The staff were all lovely and on hand to help with anything we needed. There was an extensive vegetarian menu, which is always a nice surprise (as often vegetarian options are limited in hotels here), and everything we ordered was delicious and great value. The breakfast buffet had great options, but maybe just needed restocking more often, as when we arrived around an hour before closing one morning there wasn’t much left. However we appreciated the chef stations, and the freshly cooked omelettes were perfect. The bikes to get around the resort were a nice touch, although there were also buggies available and everything was within walking distance. Any bikes left outside our villa were almost always taken by other guests before we came out again, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault (and we didn’t usually have to go far to find others), but maybe having clear room numbers on the bikes might help. The gym was small but well equipped, with good air conditioning and had everything we needed. The main infinity pool looked great, but did seem to get very busy in the evenings with lots of families (so maybe not so relaxing for adults). This wasn’t a problem for us but something to note if you don’t have a private pool. That being said it was a bank holiday weekend so the resort was particularly full. Overall we were very happy we picked the Vedana resort. We had a great holiday weekend and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

I appreciate their staff much! Christy is always online for us, answer us promptly. In restaurant, a smart girl Lin recommended us for lunch and supper, both very delicious, and we khow about ginger tea, we had good talk. Also a girl named Ny served me with nước mấm for three times because we misunderstood each other at the beginning, but she always smile. I like them very much!

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with loved ones. The water villas are huge and very comfortable. Food is very good and the staff are all keen to give you the best experience possible. I would definitely come back again.

Coffee needs improvement”
Despite being a mid-range resort this is one of the best overall resorts in Vietnam. I spent two nights here after staying in the Intercontinental Danang and the food and service at Vedana was far better. The receptionist Phuong Anh took care of us really well. The rooms are fairly simple and empty feeling, if they offer anything unique it's definitely SPACE. The villas are absolutely yuge, and the bathroom alone is bigger than my apartment in Saigon. Paddling around on the kayak gives you a spectacular view of the property which occupies a pine studded peninsula jutting into a vast salt water lagoon with panoramic views over the mountains which form the barrier between north and south. The menu can be hit or miss but on average it's pretty good. I ate a range of both western and local dishes and liked almost everything except the mì xào rau. My only real complaint about the resort would be the coffee. It sucks. Other than that, awesome place.

We played, ate and rested happily. But my baby was sick. At that time, I was able to go to the hospital as a quick response from the staff. Such a service impressed us. We will definitely visit again.

Luxury stay in Vietnam ”
I stayed with my boyfriend at the waterfront villa. We enjoyed our stay here, everything was beyond our expectations. The only thing is that is quite far from the city, but they provide a free shuttle bus, so the distance doesn't bother so much. Anyways it's a resort, you can relax and do many activities (for free) like kayaking, yoga, swimming or playing tennis and just enjoy the beautiful view so that you don't really have the urge to leave the resort. I think it's perfect for couples and would definitely recommend it.

A great resort”
This amazingly beautiful and tranquil resort provides an excellent and satisfying service and guarantees a great stay with beautiful and tranquil scenery and ambience especially the professional and friendly staff. The only drawback is its location which is around 40km from Huế city and 60km from DaNang and public transport is not very popular and well informed even though the location itself brings about unique and incomparable conditions for the resort that is the privacy.

Great place, but not great value for money!”
We booked the 2 bedroom villa on water. Room was very spacious. The amenities were a little disappointing for that price. Given the reputation of the resort, all the different leisure options, the rate, their location of central Vietnam with so many specialties, some additional unique attentions and complimentary offers could have been done for guests to make them feel really benefited from staying there. Very good french fries, breakfast was standard. Cocktails and drinks were ok, not great. They have great 50m pool but too shallow so it’s more for photo lovers than lap pool. And no food and drinks at that pool - such a shame! Lots of ant in the room though. The staff is very friendly. Spa is a must!!! I would definitely go back.
