It's my FIRST TIME here! We booked just because Boyfee has a Year end party celebration on the 11/F! My Boyfee is the one who stays here often because of their team buildings as this is near their office. The LOCATION is great as there's a lot of Restaurants/Fastfoods, Starbucks, Mercury dr*gs & convenience stores nearby! STAFFS are well groomed & nice as well. The ROOM, they gave us an OPTION If we want a QUEEN SIZED BED but just a SHOWER or (2) TWIN SIZED BED but with BATH TUB! I choose the one with the BATH TUB! Lol The HAIR DRYER is FUNNY! You should inform us ahead of time that we need to bring our own ADAPTER! HAHAHA Believe me guys, It doesn't fit the socket on the Bathroom near the sink. You have no choice but to bring out that hair dryer and plug It on the outside wall's socket! TV is not a SMART TV! It's just a CABLE TV so don't expect a "NETFLIX & CHILL" here! It's just an ordinary 32" LED TV! AIRCON, It felt hot on 16° so I tried 22°, It went COLD somehow! Usually some AC's in hotels are like this specially if INVERTER.. BED, PILLOWS, LINENS, BLANKETS are clean. No Funky smell in the room. I think, rooms are not soundproof! There's also a lot of mirrors! Well, It's not spotless as you can also see the marks on the wall, repaired spots, Ordinary shower. But the good thing here, THERE IS NO ROACH! I've never seen one! Decent place but will be better with some improvements”
Our second time to stay here. Pros: spacious place at an affordable price, with kitchen, large dining table and couch, super comfortable beds and pillows, beddings and towels smell fresh and clean, bedroom closet has good finishing and has great quality, great location with lots of cafes, restos, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Cons: bathroom is dated with some stains here and there, the tub gets depressed when stepped on and feels like it can crack anytime, the bathroom in our room had a stench coming from the drain I assume. When draining the tub, the water from it comes out of the drain on the floor right in front of the toilet. We didnt experience this on our first time to book here. Lights in the living and dining rooms would be better if they're the yellow, warmer type and not the bright white ones. It would be better if there's a cove light above the working counter of the kitchen. A dish drainer, sponge and dishwashing liquid should also be provided but are not there. As for the pool, it would've been perfect if the water was heated. Staff is helpful. Overall, decent and comfortable stay. Will stay here again inspite of the cons as this is value for money.

The hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff. The location was great for my visit and the price was great. The re were only a couple minor things: 1. The wooden chairs would squeak when moved on the tile floors. Slider caps installed on the chair legs wound easily solve that. 2. When we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, we were asked for our room number. There seemed to be some confusion on if we were to pay for breakfast or if it was free. We knew that we had to pay, but we were kept waiting what seemed unnecessarily. If a room gets free breakfast, give a FREE BREAKFAST voucher upon checking in. Present at restaurant. Or have the restaurant receptionists ask if the customer had a free breakfast or if they would be paying for it. Everything else was great.

One of the best Hotel we have stayed with. We stayed there for just a night (November 23) but super memorable. It's a one bedroom suite but with two beds. Which are perfect for a family of four. Most of the hotel we've stayed, they only have 1 bed even for a suite. 🙄 Beds and linens smell good. Aircon you can control the coldness to your liking. Bathroom has a bath tub with hot and cold shower. The one we liked so much is that they have a kitchen in which you can cook food. And they also provided pots and pans for cooking. The pool is also great which is located in the rooftop with a great view of Makati. They will provide you clean towels. They also have a gym located also at rooftop. Lobby is great also. Staff are accommodating and nice. We requested for an additional hour for checkout and they allowed it. The Hotel is located (like literally 5 mins or less) near Salcedo Market and also Ayala Triangle. If you'll gonna ask me if we will stay again there, it's definitely a yes for us! Keep it up!

Title says it all. Came here to stay overnight as I had to participate on run in Ayala Triangle Gardens. It's near and can be easily found. I was told that I had to pay a security deposit of P2000 but upon arrival, concierge mentioned that we didn't have to since we're just staying overnight. Should you wish to stay for more than 1 night, bring P2000 just in case. This will be returned once you check out if everything is still in order in the room. Staff were friendly as you leave your room, whether it be the concierge, front door staff or housekeeping. Just by simply greeting makes a persons day. Also, shoutout to the staff at the front door for the awesome interaction we had. He congratulated me after my run. We got the Premiere Queen, which is really spacious and comfortable. Although I wasn't comfortable with the pillows as they were too high for my neck. Wifi is good. I would say it's fast, but there are times it would be slow. Probably because it's a public Wi-Fi with no password. We didn't cook since there weren't any frying pans around except utensils and plates. Should you wish to order outside, there are a lot to choose from and actually near you. Elevator looks old but I got no issues with it. I got to try the gym and did a little bit of workout alone. Few workout equipments but everything seems to be working just fine. Would definitely come back here!
