Great stay! ”
Unfortunately, we checked in late because we just got stranded in Pasig city and we're nowhere to stay overnight. It was definitely a great stay! Room is really big for two. Great ambiance. Super cool aircon level. Great view as well. The only mark down that I can give is the hotel room doesn't have a refrigerator. No welcome drinks either, even if its just water. 7-eleven is nearby though grabbing drinks from the store and nowhere to store it with so its still cold is a problem. Nevertheless, experience was superb! Will definitely try it again here after the pandemic since they are only accepting essential workers now.

Really budget hotel”
The room is above my expectation. We had two double bed which I didn't expect since we booked for one only. The room is also very spacious. If we will be staying in ortigas, we will stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating despite the short notice. The place has decent WIFI that supported the work-related stay. The room looked a bit aged but spacious and clean enough, not squeaky clean.

Basic, cheap, you get what you pay for”
PROS: Room is big. It has a water kettle and mugs in the room for coffee/ tea. The a/c was good and they have free parking. WIFI is strong! CONS: No soap. No toilet paper. No shower curtain. No toothpaste- not even one that is for sale. The rooms are right by the road so that means you get quite a bit of traffic noise in the afternoon to evening. The street closes at 10pm so it eventually dies down. The room we got, unfortunately, had a toilet that did not flush (!) We reported this pretty late at night so no one was there to fix it. We were promised it would be fixed in the morning. But up to the point we checked out, nobody came to fix it. There was already a provided plunger in the bathroom so maybe it was supposed to be d-i-y. Ugh. Not having a functioning toilet definitely tainted the whole experience. We love the LOCATION and the WIFI and the big room. But we probably will NOT come back due to the toilet issue.

They let me fill out the form and asked me questions outside the hotel which is very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The beddings doesn't fit the bed. There were cockroaches and spider webs in the bathroom. There are hair strands on the bed, in the bathroom, on the chair. The couch is kinda wet and sticky. The location is good tho, near restaurants and ortigas center.

Sa staff are nit accommodating, their intinidating. And the rooms i've booked atleast 3weeks ahead and request to have a twin beds but still they gave a matrimonial, the staff said it depends on the availability. But what if the used of the request and booking early if they will not give me what i requested?. And the smell of the rooms is not good.

Good place to stay! Great lobby”
Our stay in Urban Hostel was definitely worth-it. It was near a food park and the room is big enough to take 5 people and if you're small probably up to 7 people. It's very cheap but located in the city.

The place is a small hostel. However everything was nice from the staff who wil take care of you to ensure that everythings well. I recommend staying here since they helped me pplan my tour around Makati and Manila. Place is also near the pub district which is good if you want to see Makatis nightlife

Bad experience”
Arrived there a little bit early and the girl at reception could'nt find our reservation. She wrote our names down and said that we couldn't check in. She accepted that we drop our backpacks. Came back later. We had booked online for a private room. She decided that we could be in a 6 bed dorm but we found out we had to sleep both in the same single bed. We refused. We asked about the other rooms to know if there were spots left. She said no. She offered us a private room in an affiliate hostel but it was too far. Then there was place in an other dorm. We could'nt believe it 'cause she previously said that all the rooms were full. She then admitted that they would have to move people after we asked a lot of questions. The beds were free (no people), so we agreed to take the spots. In the middle of the night (at 2), the guy from the hostel wakes us up saying we need to move because we're in a private dorm. And surprise! We get 2 beds in another room...Terrible organization.
