Home away from home! ”
This place is awesome, you can cook with all the amenities of home or go out, very close to everything, restoraunts, Robinsons and Malate night life! The rooms are cleaned and stocked with bathroom tissue, clean towels daily and they even wash the dishes, just ask for Miss Danah she will take excellent care of you, seriously don't look any further for a place to stay in Malate, oh yeah they have 24 hour security and door man! No really book it now you won't regret it...

Worth every penny”
Book the Premier rooms on the top floor. They are more like an apartment with living/dining room, full kitchen and en-suite bedroom - and a balcony. With the two air conditioners running, they mask the noise of the neighborhood; barking dogs and the like. The neighbors crowd the streets and the sidewalks alike and one will be offered various products and services as one walks to the nearby Robinson mall. The mall houses too many food options to mention; from Texas Roadhouse for steak, Korean bbq, sushi, etc. The hotel wifi is fast, mostly. Breakfast is a sit down and order, limited mostly to western style, but tasty. Of the Manila suggested "must dos", such as Fort Santiago, half or more are within a few kilometers. The staff have been quite incredible, too.

Obsolute the right choice”
The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is only 3 mins walk to Robinson mega mall. No need to hesitate if you need to book a hotel at Malate, Tropicana Suites is the right choice. Highly recommended 👍

Tropicana Suites is Great!”
Traveling with a quarantine requirement can be difficult. Especially if you have to be in close quarters with family. Not with Tropicana Suites. Affordable 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen/dining area/living room/ and two balconies . We chose the premiere 2 BDRM and we are very happy . The staff were all wonderful and helpful. All of our questions were answered and when family would deliver food for us, a staff member would bring it to us. Each bedroom has an AC unit, as well as the living and dining spaces. One of the AC units stopped working and the maintenance team promptly came and replaced it very promptly. We have been able to cook our meals easily and although a 5 day quarantine is not "fun", our stay here was very pleasant. Even if there were no quarentine requirement, I would stay here for future vacations. The affordability, the size, and the amenities were perfect for our budget. Salamat to all of the staff members at Troicana who made our stay, a pleasant stay. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Tropicana is quiet and well-located, but currently undergoing construction in the swimming pool which is a bit inconvenient. The only downside is that the gym is small. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean, and always well-maintained daily.

Our stay in the suite felt like home. The suite assigned to us was extremely big, spacious and very clean. Staff were very nice, helpful and they really assist us with what we need. The place is just about 5 to 7mins away from Robinsons Place Manila. The place is perfect for family or group travelers/staycation.

Friendly staff, clean”
Travelled to the Philippines with my husband and our almost 2 yr old daughter. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The unit may not be as posh as most hotels but it was simple, clean and very functional. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to keep a small family, maybe even a big family well provided for. (They had market days for the quarantined where you can ask them to buy you whatever you need!) The adjacent living room had enough space for us to spend time at when we want to be just outside the bedroom. The bedroom was huge. We had to put the queen mattress to the floor because of our toddler and there was still ample room for the remaining base and for us to move around. The Bathroom was nice. My toddler loved the rainfall-like shower. The best part is the bonus terrace (with a drying clothes rack) where we spent some time just so we can be outside the unit despite being in quarantine. If there was no quarantine, this place would be at an ideal location too, knowing that it is near a big mall and other businesses. The best part of our stay was the kind staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. We had a little glitch with our extending 1 day but that got settled right away.

Quarantine sheep”
Yes, this was super nice for the 10 day quarantine the government imposes on all inbound travelers now. Our suite had all accommodations that made our stay bearable. We had a kitchenette with all utensils, 2 burner stove and small refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and we had a small balcony with clothes rack to hang our clothes to dry. The staff were all very accommodating and just good people. Would recommend to anyone whether it be the quarantine or other length of stay.

Each and everyone of the staff was courteous and very professional! My first Tropicana experience was more than a decade ago, in my teens, and now, my son got to have his own Tropicana experience too! Thank you to the hotel staff on duty (Christmas day)! You guys were superb! ❤️

More than a quarantine “room””
This is a suite-type of room. In my 6days 5nights quarantine. I’m not in a “box.” I have a living room, dining area, kitchen, balcony… and the bedroom. Ample space to do my simple exercise routine to kill time. Staffs, Maricris, Jinkee, Rona, Jerome, Reggie, et al, helped us with deliveries to/fro our suite. They were patient and displayed the Filipino respect, in explaining Grab and Food Panda to me. Loved my breakfast. There’s the 5-gallon jug, chinaware, silverware, microwave, refrigerator, and others. For us US travelers. Just bring your preferred Kleenex tissue box, your wipes, paper towel, and other personal effects from home far away :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this current quarantine rule!!

Quarantine Hotel”
Spent 6 days at this hotel for our 5+1 days mandatory quarantine. Our experience is really good. They allowed food delivery and the service/staff is very friendly. We originally booked for Superior Room but were upgraded to a bigger room for no additional cost. It is funny because the accommodation is really good that I wasn't sure If I wanted to test positive so I could stay longer at their facility. The full kitchen setup is a plus. I really wanted to use the kitchen but ended up ordering outside since they allow deliveries. I will definitely book again if needed.
