Excellent location and service ”
This place is fantastic! Beautiful view of the river and room was super clean. The front desk service was absolutely fantastic. They made all my arrangements for tours, rides, and at the same time help me find the best deal. They were the home for anything that I needed. Nga was went above and beyond for all my arrangement included services that the hotel was not responsible for. I have never experienced such a service from any hotel in the world and I have traveled everywhere.

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. It’s at a quieter location along the river, which is a perfect getaway. Pretty view of the river and boats going past. Extremely near to Hoi An Memories Land, which is a bonus.

Amazing ”
We booked the riverside view room and highly recommend! The rooms were spacious, the bed was mega comfy and soft, the staff were SO helpful and very friendly, they helped us book everything that we needed. The location is great, just 10 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to memorie land. The only negative was the shower pressure. But no drama llama. We will definitely stay here again when we return

The hotel was wonderful and well-appointed. My river-facing room with balcony was superb. Whilst I might have wished to have been closer to the old centre of Hoi An, and although I am a happy, fast walker, hiring a motorbike, as well as a pedal cycle, soon addressed that. The location was closer to Cau Day beach, where I motorbiked to swim in the Vietnam East Sea. Glorious!!! I can't say enough about the staff who went out of their way to attend to my every need, and were great to converse with.

We enjoyed six days at Triple Riverside Hotel. Best to book a river facing room to fully enjoy the scenery from the balcony. We could sit there for hours. All staff were very friendly and helped us to make the most of our stay.

It's located at the river, but at a 10 minute walk from the old town. I would recomend to grab a bike (the hotel can give you one). Nice breakfast, and very helpful staff.

Triple Riverside was an ideal place for us to stay as a group. It has the benefit of being close to historic old town, while being removed enough to maintain a peaceful environment away from crowds. The hotel was maintained with care, the staff were stellar, and the breakfast was filling. I will definitely be staying here again :)

This place is a little outside the old town, which is actually quite quiet and nice. The staff are friendly and there are bicycles at the hotel you can borrow at any time. We extended our stay here because we enjoyed it so much.

Lovely staffs and accommodation ”
We travelled as a couple and experienced very supportive, friendly and professional services from staffs here. The receptionists are very helpful, though there are some minor issues but we do not mind. I recommended to book tours and transport services through the hotels because they did not charge very high and the services were very reliable.

Beautiful location”
Second time staying here. The staff was amazing from the jump. Attentive and very accommodating. Location is in a quiet area right on the river in Cam Chau. Short walk to the new bridge to Memoriesland. If you follow the river road it'll take you directly into Ancient Town. Perfect location far from the tourists but close enough to still get there easily. Lots of riverside restaurants to try at night. You're mixed in with the locals, so you'll hear the occasional karaoke party, but ends early so no worries. There is a pool, pool table, Foosball table however it was never used during my stay by anyone. Pool wasn't very inviting. We rented 2 bedroom suite. It was clean however the doors were misaligned or something because every single door from bathroom to bedrooms to front door wouldn't close properly. Needed to use a bit of force. Besides that, it was spacious and clean. Perfect for short stay.

Recommend this hotel if you don’t mind about location”
Friendly and very helpful staff and especially enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed in a room facing the river so had a lovely river view. It is located in an area about 5 minutes drive so it’s no distance to walk in summer days. It is a lovely and cozy place to stay.
