BEWARE”
We booked this room for a night and it was a disaster. First we've been asked to check in early for some reason. We accept the request and head to the location about 11:30am When we got there, the owner explained that there is a scheduled electric maintenance for a breif moment so we did not bother because we will be going outside to grab some food. After we had our lunch and decided to head back to the room at exactly 3pm. Still no electricity on the building and we had to take the stairs to go up to 6th floor. That was a mess, we stayed there for another 3 hours until 6pm and the owner did not even bother to check us. We decided to check out and book for other rooms and after we asked for a full refund the owner insisted that they can only provide 50% refund because we stepped inside the room already. Like wtf the ameneties that was been disclosed was not been working for the duration of our stay. Imagine staying in a condo unit without ac for 3 hours and if you want to use the bathroom you need to use your phones flash light. Well here you go. If theres a 0 star ill give no fcking star for you. 0 for the room and 0 for the unit owner.

There’s no front desk check in process. Have to wait for the condo owner. Was charged a fee for “early checkin” (12 instead of 2) Tried to checkout early, had to wait around for the owner to come from off site to get my key and clear my room. The room was clean but basic. Was provided used soap and 2 towels. Nothing else. Had to pay 400+ pesos for myself and 2 guests to use the pool Would not short term rent here again

اطالبكم بارجاع كامل المبلغ الخاص بي.. إذ أني لم أتمكن من السكن فيه، وقد وصلت إلى العقار بعد مشقة الزحام وأمضيت ثلاث ساعات مشي بالسيارة، وقد أخذ التاكسي مباغ عالي جداً..! وحينما وصلت لم أتمكن من مقابلة مسؤول الشقة .. مع اني أرسلت له رسائل بالايميل ، وايميلي عن طريقكم يشهد بهذا.. حتى ان رجال أمن المجمع لم يجدوا اسمي ضمن الساكنين، والكاميرات تثبت حضوري.. مما حدا بي إلى استئجار فندق آخر بمبلغ أعلى..!!!
