I want to go there if i visit Makassar again because the hotel service the best

Good hotel with limited facilities”

The hotel is located at a very good location, just a few mins away from Penakukang square. The staffs are excellent. Break fast is good. I wish the room had a wardrobe (which is a basic necessity). Wifi signal was pretty decent. The bathroom is small and claustrophobic, with no stands to put toiletries. The staffs are kind and helpful.

Took 30 minutes to check in, staff not knowledgable, most no English. First room given no towels, tv didn't work, wifi didn't work. Second room good, nice size, great tv stations, lots in English. Wifi not good, very slow. Near Malls, breakfast good. Need to improve staff and wifi.

tree hotel is a new hotel, but the floor looks very dirty like their staff dont sweap it. the temperature in my room was so hot if you leave for hours because the air con didnt works and also water heater in my room didnt works, how dissapointed!!! and the receptionist didnt do as a profesional staff in hotel, in any cases they dont know what to do and i think they still learn how to manage a problem or a question from customer. and the food is the worst food ever. they should hired a new chef!!!.

It was quiet pleasant experience during our stay. A pity that we didnt get the non-smoking room and when we arrived at our room floor, few men smoking in the corridor near the lift. We got room at 3rd floor.

first time, i'm arrive the door has ran out of battery, so i can't get into my room, so the door staf suggest me to change my room and the terrifying about that the receptionist ask about "are the room still clean?", what ? really, i'm not even touching the bed, you want charge me ?

Penerangan kamar perlu disesuaikan dengan umur yang akan menempati. Air agak asin padahal lokasi jauh dari pantai. Pelayanan kamar baik dan suasana tenang.

Air panas tidak tersedia, sampai ganti kamar tetap tidak berfungsi. Kamar standard sesuai harga, penerangan kurang Krn lampu kecil dan remang², AC berfungsi dengan baik, dingin. Sarapan nasi goreng+telur dadar tipis+ayam goreng tepung, rasa lumayan enak. Beberapa meja sudah rusak, dan mau ambruk. Perlu ditingkatkan kebersihan kamar dan peningkatan fasilitas. Lokasi bagus, banyak tempat makan dan waing keperluan sehari-hari.

Menurut tmn sy, sarapannya enak. Sygnya dalam kamar hanya ada lampu tdr. Tdk ad lampu utama sebagai penerang, dan tirai jendelnya jg terang jd saat pagi cahaya masuk ke kamar mengganggu tdr. Dalam kamar mandi juga cerminnya berkarat. Didekat AC kelihatan bekas rembesan air AC.
