Awesome stay”

Booked few room from 29th may to 05th June, 7010, 8010, 7017 and 7030. Was so happy to stay with Excellent staff, front office and housekeeping staff are awesome, Adisty, gilang and another 2 FO staff (sorry I don’t know the name ) thank you very much for your best service, the two housekeeping boy (I can’t remember their names I think one of them called Udin sorry if I’m wrong) their hard work is awesome, made our room clean and tidy. The room service staff and security guy all good manners, You’re guys awesome 😎 Sorry if the key card was missing 🙏. I will recommend this hotel for stay, and definitely I will be back to stay there in my next holiday probably next year. Thank you very much for having us 😊 Kind regards Echa Ahmad Faisal

so nice to stay here. lokasi cukup bingung karena letaknya agak di belakang. but the hotel was amazing, the room is clean, the staf is great, and the food is delicious.. very recommended!!!!

Near shoping center “, Losari Beach, Restaurants and Coffee shops.. so convenient for me.. I just didn’t like the hallway before my room, too narrow and dim.. gave me such creepy feeling.. and in the corner of the hallway, there are bed and such just stuffed in near my door room.. If i were given a different room, maybe it could be better, i think..

Cheap and Cheerful”

Conventional Roadside Car-parking, don't know how secure this was. Check-in process quick and simple, dont forget spare cash as deposit. Room 5020 had it's share of flaws (leaky bathroom, fixtures falling apart, shower spray no longer even although hot water is plentiful), one light fixture above bed is dead and the bedside drawer keeps opening most likely because some other occupants decided to lean on it like a table. View is not the best mainly because the waterstains outside but the city view is okay. Bed is quite comfortable and so are the pillows despite apparent stains on bedsheets and pillowcases. If they kept that clean and the towels white, an increase in rating is due soon. I didnot have breakfast but the atmosphere seems okay and the overall stay was above satisfactory

This hotel is quite cheap since the location near by the tourist attraction in Makassar such Losari beach and Somba Opu. There is so many restaurant around here. The hotel is very modern and staff is very kind.

One of option for you stay in Makassar, The Hotel still new, so everything is ok. Unless the front environment, there are many kids play soccer on the street.

The location near losari beach, Park area so small, if you bring your car to this hotel prepare to pay parking fee to local people. I stay in Deluxe room and the space is small if you compared with Superior. the different only window, Superior without window. the blanket is smell, no have liquid soap. Staff is nice and helpful, breakfast tasteless. But overall this hotel is good

overall its okay.....the problem only happen in two thing...first the glass in the bathroom need to cover with tray...because you can see clearly from outside and the second one ."..the hotel needs to double check everything in the hotel bedroom before entering the guest in..such as happen to me...the hotel staff asking me if i take the hand towel when i check out.....and fact....theres only 2 bath towels when i entered the room

Improvement of Parking Area is Needed”

All is good, unless the parking area. There's no enough car parking area for such kind of large hotel. Beside that, there are lots of kids playing in front of the hotel since it's located near from residents house
