The house was clean and smells good. They also offer snacks, for a fee, if you'd like. The wifi signal is strong. The aircon on the living area is heaven since the weather's been so hot when we rented the place. I'd definitely recommend The Hideout Pad! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The rooms were so spacious and plus points on the kitchen and the standby snacks and drinks that you can purchase and wont require you to go out anymore. Super sulit at the best place to stay!

Review for Hideout Pad Hideout Pad is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near K Town. Here are some highlights: Pros: Perfect Location: Just a short distance from K Town, making it easy to explore and enjoy local spots. Clean and Well-Equipped: The house is spotless and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Friendly and Accessible Owner: The owner is very approachable and easy to contact, ensuring a smooth experience. Reliable Wi-Fi: High-speed internet that’s perfect for remote work or streaming. Spacious Rooms: The rooms are large and ideal for families or groups. Cons: Limited Air Conditioning: Unfortunately, one of the rooms doesn’t have air conditioning, which can make it quite warm, especially during hot weather. Overall, Hideout Pad offers great value and comfort for those who prioritize location, cleanliness, and connectivity.
A Good Place to Stay ”
Means of transportation is via Grab car/Cab to SM City Clark ( approx. 20 mins.) You can call tricycle at the guard house too if you plan to explore nearby restaurants/bars. Facilities: They offer snacks, canned goods and drinks/liquor to buy if you don't want to go out anymore, and there is a mini grocery store (sari-sari store) in the neighborhood where you can buy eggs, rice grains, onions and garlic ( if you want to cook). Our only struggle is that they don't have a can opener and spatula in the kitchen. Note: free drinking water We also experienced power interruption one night. They have a small candle but it's not good enough to lighten the place. It's a good investment to have spare candles or a flashlight in case of emergency. Note: with basic first aid kit Bedroom: One of the 2 bedrooms upstairs do not have AC (but with provided stand fan). However, the first floor has AC. Note: TV has Netflix available for use The host is very responsive and easy to deal with (can be contacted via cp number and FB page) Note: with free wifi, but phone sim cards' signal has poor connectivity in the area Bathroom: with good water supply, free dental kit, body bar soap, toilet paper and towel but no water heater and free shampoo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the house.
