"A very standard hotel. Best is its location, just next to main Narita railway station. You can choose to take it hotel free shuttle bus to Narita International Airport (reservation needed) or take train (1 stop) to the airport or even train to Tokyo city. The only surprise is the room size. I booked 1 semi double bed room for 2 adult, it really too small for 2 adult in this room. "

"The hotel is connected to Narita International airport by a skybridge so location is perfect. Everything in the capsule hotel is clean. There are enough shower rooms provided with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. The locker accomodated 1 big luggage and 1 small trolley bag. The person managing is front desk is not very accomodating, he probably is having difficulty expressing himself in English. I will use this capsule hotel again in the future."

"The hotel is located very close to the Narita International Airport. It is also well known among the staff at the airport for those who are not able to speak Japanese. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and their front counter staff typically speak English. The hotel has a unique panel used to control lighting and ventilation which is located right next to the bed. The rooms are also setup in a classic non-modern style for those who are conservative. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is extremely well diverse, and the food is above satisfactory. There is a free shuttle bus that operates hourly from the hotel, and the hotel is extremely punctual on taxi reservation requests. The hotel also has a spa. This hotel may be the perfect for business travelers and couples. This hotel however may not be suitable for families with children. The hotel is usually crowded, especially at morning. The rooms are usually equipped with old cable services that provide low quality channels and very few to select from. There is not much immediately around the hotel for children and families to go to. And finally, the hotel also harbors a large volume of paid channel subscriptions. A brochure of the list is normally found in the main draw of each desk per room. The spa is also designed to attract."

"We arrived late at narita so one night around the airport was unavoidable. The hotel was not far, only 10min by shuttle bus service (31b bus stop from the narita airport terminal 2) very convenient. The rooms are clean and not too small like usual Japanese hotels, enough room for the luggage. Included with breakfast is good even though the food are not so much but better than nothing. Still very recommended!! "

"I have stayed at many places before, including South Korea where they have some great toilet seats that are heated, with music and many other amazing options inbuilt. Well this property has all the things including some pretty nifty cleanliness toilets, but I have never heard of before smart phones offered for use free of charge in rooms for stay with free Wi-Fi, National and International calls to USA, Australia and many other countries totally FREE. I kid you not!!! The food in one of the restaurants we ate at was beautiful, so clean and fresh and simply marvellous. Shuttles to and from the Airport are regular and free also, just ensure you know which Terminal you need to go to for which Airline as different shuttles go to different Terminals at the Narita International Airport, Tokyo, Japan. Oh one other thing, remember your in Japan, things run on time, so be early, not one minute late otherwise you will be left behind. :)"

"The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Narita station (JR accepted) and a 5 minute walk from Keisei Narita station, which does not accept JR passes on the trains that operate to and from it. So if you can't walk, take a 1500yen taxi ride from the Narita station. Roam in the area around Narita station for dining and shopping. The hotel has a luxurious appeal inspite of being a budget stay and the in room facilities are brilliant! a quirky souvenir store and breakfast corner are available at the lobby. The souvenir shop has some out of the box curiosities at reasonable rates. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. A free hourly shuttle runs from the hotel to Narita airport terminals from 730AM to 530PM. If you miss a shuttle.. the receptionist can book a taxi for you; taxi to terminal 2 costs 2300yen and will get you there in 15 mins. or you can choose to walk to Narita station. Immense value for money if you need to catch a flight from Narita and wish to stay in the vicinity."

"I stayed at the Hotel Nikko Narita the night before flying home from Narita International Airport. I found the coach service to and from the Airport to be very convenient and reliable. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was perfectly clean and very peaceful. My time at the hotel was indeed short, from late in the evening to early the nextmorning, and I did not get to try out any of the dining facilities. However my stay was comfortable and relaxing and I would be perfectly happy to stay there again in similar circumstances."
