Good place to stay with family ”
Nice, clean and new hotel&apartments. We searched apartments in TK area with kitchen and kitchenware to stay with small daughter for 2 nights. Was absolutely surprised that have kitchen but don’t have any knife, bowls, plates, cookware. Nothing. When we ask staff, they said that we book area like a hotel and this not include. ( anyway they don’t have it, it’s not about including) But after small talk and explanation, that we need to cook food for baby , they gave to us one cooking pot. Happy that we have friends in Phnom Penh who bring to us another kitchenware. If not be ready, in supermarket close to apartments one cooking pot cost like one night in this apartment. Pluses: good WiFi and TV, everything new and not used before. A little bit strange aircons and theirs location in room ( blows directly to your bed)

A bit far from the City centre but really near TK Avenue mall (around 5 mins walking) which can buy food, drink coffee, many restaurants around the areas. A bit shame that can’t buy things put in freighter due to power of when don’t insert the card in room.

Hot water not resolved for 4 days ”
Only issue was I have been bathing with cold water with my friend for 4 days. Told the reception and I think they try to do something but it was still cold. Probably cheaper elsewhere with hot water.

The view was nice and it is basically an apartment however to what end? You can't use the washing machine unless you are a long term guest. It has a kitchen but zero bowls, spoons, forks, knives, plates, pans etc. so what's the point? But the kicker for us was that our room had such a bad mold smell that it gave us headaches the entire time we were there. It was Sunday so we paid $49 for this experience - kind of a rip off!

when you request early check-in here, remember that they will charge more without any explain. one of their staffs(i will not comment considering his privacy) will issue 'deposit' jotting it on the receipt, then the staff will give the receipt to you. you will realize that is extra charge for the early check-in, not just only deposit. + you will see a revised receipt by the staff thru the original one.

Sorry about that, actually it not like you mean. i check already they just careless for writing your receipt. however, i try to upgrade you all the time but why you still need more benefit from hotel? you are not the first time come here. you always ask complimentary for late check out and early check in. if hotel does not agree, you will review something bad to hotel. 주방은 있으나 식기류가 하나도 없고, 쇼파는 천 쇼파인데 얼룩이 너무 심해서 앉기가 싫었어요. 기본 슬리퍼도 제공이 안되고... 제일 안 좋은 건 키를 뽑으면 냉장고도 안 돌아가서 냉장고 안에 물이나 음식들이 다시 식는다는 겁니다. 정말 개선이 필요해요. 하지만 직원들은 친절하고 침구류는 깨끗했습니다.
