Worst stay in Bali”
For this price you expect at least the hot water , but there is no hot water in this place. Roof was leaking and thus bed was wet. The door’s lock was not working. When we came staff was asking to pay more expensive price , because of New year and I have to explain them about 20 minutes that I already payed in Agoda , showing them bill , confirmation etc.

Pros: Amazing view, friendly staff, nice welcome drink with tasty snack Cons: We had a queen bedroom- the room had no fan or AC, lots of ants, hot water didn’t work in shower, the transportation was incredibly expensive compared to anywhere else in Bali- so you’re stuck on the mountain with no easy way into town. The sunrise trekking options were more expensive than getting a local guide in town. Overall, find a nicer place at the lake for the same price and you’ll be much happier! The bungalows looked nice and we thought that was what we would get by the pictures on Agoda, but actually we were in a standard hotel room with no amenities, slow internet, no hot water, no fan or AC and couldn’t open windows because of mosquitoes. The staff was very nice and let us use the neighboring rooms shower. Originally we booked 3 days but checked out after 1 because of room and difficulty with getting around. I don’t recommend this place unless you have a car or motorbike!

Get a lot for what you pay. Drink and cake on arrival, breakfast, really clean room. The place was really established and developed. The area was a amazing with a great view. Staff good.

We loved our stay at Tiing Bali. We stayed two nights in the bungalow. Great views! We decided to watch the sunrise from our balcony instead of doing the sunrise hike :) But the staff were fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. couldn't be better! I highly recommend this guesthouse. Only negative thing is that there is nothing around the guesthouse, you kinda need to eat dinner there. That being said, the food is really good and reasonably priced.

I am more than grateful!”
We were just there for one night, and we left in early morning the next day, but there are already so much great things we've had that i wish i could tell it one by one. The location is basicaly way down through a small pathway that only one car could pass through, but it's okay since the road is rarely used, so you won't meet anyone else while you're passing through. But after you get there, the view of Batur Mountain and Batur Lake right in front of your room will finally pay your worry off. The sunrise is so beautiful, and you don't even have to go anywhere else, it's right in front of your eyes, just a step after your door. The room feels more traditional, don't expect any modern technology but the TV, (they got hot water tho), but don't worry because it's all good, clean, n well mantained. The staffs, oh, if i could give 6 stars for them, i would! They're soo friendly! Not to mention those free (extra) breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea, and snacks, and other free services. THANKS!

Very affordable place in Kintamani”
This is a very affordable place to stay in Kintamani. We booked here for an overnight. We informed them via email that we wanted to climb Mt. Batur and the manager was quite helpful in arranging for the tour guide. The place is a bit out of the way but they have a service that can take you to the starting point of the trail. We arrived late at night and the guy at the front desk didn't seem to speak or understand much english and had to call 2 other people to check us in. Hot water was great as it can get pretty cold in Kintamani. Internet didn't work the whole time of our stay which is a bit disappointing. The light breakfast before the climb was a nice surprise (you also get another breakfast after the climb - this one was so-so). Overall, this is a very affordable place (considering the prices of other accomodations in the area) with a great view of the volcano, lava field and lake.

+ quiet + nice view over mt. batur and lake + staff friendly + first hot shower there since a week in north-east bali + good tour to mt. batur (also good price compared to other places! book it here) - price, but everything around mt. batur is very expensive - a bit hard to get there but (10min to the mainroad or rent a motorbike)

Super Guesthouse geführt von einer mega netten & zuvorkommenden Familie. Abgeschieden, ruhig und einen fantastischen Ausblick. Perfekt für das Trekking zum Mt. Batur oder zum See. Nyoman und seine Frau machen alles für ihre Gäste, wir durften mit ihnen sogar ins Innere des Tempels, bekamen dafür extra Tempelschal, Sarongs und Hut von ihnen! Sie haben sich auch um unseren kleinen Sohn gekümmert, als wäre er ihrer! Hammer!! Nur zu empfehlen!

Prachtige uitzicht, ok huisje”
Mooie locatie, simpel huisje maar met warme douche. Bij het douchen ruikt het naar gas. Want er is geen pijp naar buiten voor de geiser. Wel rooster in de muur. Dus goed laten luchten. Ontbijt is simpel (ik had nasi goreng). Niet heel schoon. Je moet niet even wat op de (hogere) kast leggen. Maar wat je ziet is redelijke schoon.
