"The hotel is situated exactly opposite Bournemouth pier and Beach. Swimming Pool and other facilities are good. Very next day of our stay there was a problem with the lift and lift remain under Maintance all for next two days. But we could manage climbing three follies stairs but really not good experience for the old people. But o appreciate the staff particularly Juliana of Swimming Pool assistance, she took extra efforts to search my daughter ear ring and next day she succeeded and made my daughter happy. Thank Juliana. The hotel is very good and I recommend the stay there. "

"excellent hotel but just a little too far to enjoy bournemouth centre without using taxis or car - great staff nice room good spa facilities (but v busy at weekends) - annoyed it didn't mention £10 a day parking unless you stay for 4nights -(we did so didn't pay but this wasn't explained at first) bar shuts at 11pm -would have liked later bar for a nightcap returning - on Friday we just squeezed a drink in and around 5 people came in after us and were left disappointed but generally a really nice hotel great staff and worth a visit - v close to the Chine beach"

"This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. Modest and homely, we enjoy the breakfasts including the uniforms and the manners of the waiters. We like the pool but would like the hours to be earlier, 8:30 open does not allow travellers the pleasure of an early morning swim. The rooms, although modest, are comfortable and convenient. We love it that we can leave the car parked and enjoy the lovely Bournemouth Garden walk into the city and on the to sea. Quiet, convenient and friendly is how I would sum up our stay. Staying at Bournemouth automatically means book the Laguna Hotel."

"Stayed at this hotel few days ago . I booked the hotel online for 3 nights for myself, my partner and our 5 year old son. When checking in at hotel i noticed on paperwork occupancy 2 adults so i told the receptionist i booked for 2 adults and one child 5 year old. She said yes that's fine. We get to the room and no bed for little one even though i put the request online for extra bed. So i went to reception and asked about extra bed so that got sorted but the room was quite small. Next thing bathroom not very clean to my standard. Water was sitting in the bath the drainage wasn't working properly, toilet flushing handle loose and you had to wait for at least 8 minutes to flush again after first flush. Overall ok hotel but in desperate need of updating (looks very tired)and I was absolutely mortified to see the state of the toilet in ladies changing room in spa facilities. It was a health hazard....feaces around the seat...discusting!! The staff were very pleasant and helpful though. "

"Great location. Very close to the boardwalk and all of downtown. Very easy to get to and from the train station. Had the perfect weekend out of london in bournemouth and loved the hotel. Looks just like the photos."
