Thought the lift was under renovation, however, the cleaniness of the hotel and room are just perfect!! the location of the hotel is quite safe and walking around soho area, london eye, big ben, chinatownare just a stone throw away!! Plenty of restaurants with good food around! Definitely value for money since there are Underground subways and plenty of buses to move you around london as well. Will definitely book this hotel again when im in london again!

Fantastic Little Find!”
This hotel really surprised us on our visit at the weekend! Tucked away down a quiet side street. The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind in making my sisters birthday extra special with a card and a bottle of wine in the room! She was thrilled. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I absolutely loved the concept of the smaller rooms with exactly everything you need in them! Fantastic shower too and a fairly good bar selection of drinks! Will definitely be using you guys again on my next London visit!

Staff were so welcoming from moment I came in! My room wasn’t ready which I knew before I just needed take my luggage and they did it with ease. When I checked in it was quick and easy and staff were so accommodating. I felt safe in the hotel room as first time I’ve stayed in london on my own! The rooms are just right and were so clean. There’s air conditioning, free wifi and tea and coffee! Breakfast is only £5 too ! I will 100% be staying again!

Rooms were as expected, small, ensuite with good quality bedding and towels, Sky tv & free wifi. Ensuite is frosted glass so unless you're with your partner it might be a bit off putting lol. Really happy with our stay, great location. Felt like we rolled into the centre of the mattress a bit but bed was comfy. Could have done with usb sockets but that's the only issue. Great value. Staff were great and very helpful

Good location. We had a room without a window and yes it was small but for 1 night it was great and very clean and very nicely done. We had free wine and cheese and it was very nice will definitely stay with these hotels again.

Great Value at the Heart of West End”
Very compact rooms but with perfect cleanliness, very quiet, and great location. Only issue was the elevator being out, but that was just a temporary thing, and the staff more than happy to carry bags up to 4th floor! Highly recommended.

My booking was not checked on their system so they tried so hard to find my booking record and finally found out mine. All staffs in there tried to find out and it was so touching. The 4 nights I was there were terrific. The rooms are perfectly sized and modern. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Happy Hour is wonderful. With various cheeses, soft drinks, juices wines and even hard liquor. Plus you can ask for seconds or thirds. I’ve had 2 friends that have visited and thought to myself , it can’t be that good. Well it was and it is👏👏👏👏

I had an issue with my (Very noisy plumbing etc in ceiling , 4th floor) room, which was resolved the next day in an efficient and professional manner. The staff, without exception were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great location and good value. Well done!

Close to piccadilly underground station, about 4 mins. 1 min to Her majesty’s theatre. Feels safe at night. Bed is quite spacious and clean, but the toilet of the single room is super small. I’ve never seen such toilet before. Super small space between the basin and the toilet. Barely able to stand. The toilet floor was full of water after i took shower. Drinking water provided by the hotel had some floating dusts in it. Better buying your own water bottle from the nearby supermarkets. The staff confirmed the booking with my name wrong(only the surname was correct, first name was totally different), but fortunately there was no problem checking in. Not bad for a solo traveller.
