Strategiclly located in the heart of surabaya city center. Rooms is quite basic but it fulfills all your needs. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist everything you asked for Ac is cold, tv has international channels, and the bed is quite comfortable. Good enough to stay for one or two nights

Nice hotel but staff a bit slow response”
I stayed here for 2 nights with my mom.It was nice and pleasant hotel. The room was clean, complete with electric kettle, tea, coffee, and mineral water, food also nice. But do not left any of your stuff inside hotel, cause staff a bit slow response. I left my laptop charger, and immidiately called them on 23rd dec, and several times called them on the other days, finally staff sent the charger on 29th dec.

Good Transit Hotel”
Location - Hotel is walking distance from Gubeng Train Station, which is ideal if Surabaya is a layover city or if you have a late train ride. Used Google Maps and managed to find at least 2 good restaurants that sell nice food nearby. There's also a convenience stall about 5 min walk away, which is very convenient. However, this convenience stall doesn't sell alcohol, so take that in mind if you do drink. Overall, can't really complain much about the hotel. Television channels were complete and rooms had an in-room safe. Sadly, would be perfect to me if they had a mini-fridge.

Stayed 1 night for Bromo tour. Young staff, friendly but limited English. Room ok, clean with hot water. Good breakfast buffet (local food).

It's a SCAM! Avoid it!”
I don't know how they can keep open the hotel in the while renovating, no entrance (you need to go to underground floor, in the garage, for entrance), no lobby, no reception, all the ground floor is work in progress. All the day long you will ear high noisy and sometimes your walls room will tremor. Except this 'little' inconvenience the room is minimal and look dirty, no space for your baggage, no glass or cups (I had to ask for a kettle), no fridge, hairs and ants everywhere, dirty walls, dirty sheets. In my 6 months travelling is my first time feeling to escape of my hotel. Avoid it!

Stayed only for one night so didn't really have time to check anything, but the hotel provided plenty of facilities for your needs on your stay. The staff are helpful, bed is comfortable, amenities are good, and electric kettle is provided for your hot coffee/tea in the morning. Located quite close to Surabaya Gubeng Station (around 10 min. walk). Definitely a recommended place to stay in Surabaya.

New, Clean, Friendly staffs & Comfortable Hotel”
The hotel is new & clean. My husband & I were actually doing a transit in Surabaya before our flight to our home country. We were impressed with the bedding that this hotel provided. The mattress and pillow was comfortable and clean and we really had a good rest in this hotel. Water dispenser is available. There are a lot of positive quotes on the wall in the room and walk way. The hotel location is great too. It is only 3 - 5 mins walk to the Surabaya Plaza Mall. We were also impressed by the simple buffet breakfast that the hotel provided. Although the variety of buffet breakfast was not a lot but the food tasted really good and authentic. It was the one year anniversary of this hotel on the day we checked out. The MD - Ms Dewi personally thanked the customers at the front desk and we were given a nice pudding to enjoy while we were on the way to the airport.
