Best Hotel in town”
We stayed for 4 days, booked 3 rooms for families with young kids. First time got to the lobby we impressed with the view from the lobby, modern and luxurious decor. The security in every access, its very clean and also its smell so good in every area. Room is spacious and so comfortable and again its very clean. The breakfast is the best we ever had compare to other hotel in town, a lot variety, delicious, fresh and clean. All the staff very attentive, friendly and always smile and greet us very nice. Their service is above and beyond. Definitely will come back again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Service given by every single staff from concierge to front desk to restaurant manager and even chef at the restaurant was superb. They were extremely friendly and were always asking if we needed anything. Aside from that the room was very clean and location was great! Would definitely come again!

Recommended stopover on a roadtrip during pandemic”
A wonderful stay to conclude our Java-Bali road trip during this pandemic. This is a new hotel, right next to Pakuwon Mall, very convenient for traveling with family. We have 2 connecting rooms, everything was clean and functioning well. Breakfast was great. Big spread of buffet. We took the breakfast at 6 am so it was not crowded at all. We sat in a good distance with other tables. We surely will be back when we visit Surabaya.

This hotel is good for relaxation as the room is not only decently sized, it is also very clean. Various supplies are provided and the facilities is nice. Not only that, the staff are also friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is also amazing. Overall, a very recommended resting place.

From the moment you arrive at The Westin Surabaya, the staff was very attentive. Even after I arrived in the check in area, Bea - the staff in the check in table was very very helpful, she works in a fast pace and very attentive to my requests. The room I had was above my expectation, it’s a shame that I don’t have the chance to taste their breakfast, but other then that the experience was excellent
