Fairmont Sanur 2 bedroom villa”

Great villa. Great service. Nice environment

The villa was big and comfortable. Loved the huge bathrooms. The kids loved the pool. Every room had its own TV and so did the living room. The staff treated us so well. 24 hour butler was excellent. Really took care of us well. We left at 4am and the hotel had ready for us to take away breakfast boxes. Thoughtful genuine and friendly staff. Couldn't rate the service highly enough. Floor of villa and certain areas were somewhat dusty. Food in hotel was only average. Not value for money at all. Choices and variety of food was average. But overall a great place to stay just to relax and enjoy the resort. Sanur is far from any decent shops and restaurants.

Rooms were good. Very clean. But, being a villa, the stove shall work. It took 2 hours for the maintenance staff to prepare for the stove.
