A Tranquil Retreat”

We enjoyed this tranquil retreat away from all of the usual hustle and bustle of Bali very much. The decorative villas are set among beautiful tropical gardens, ponds and fountains. The swimming pool and surrounds are gorgeous. Our villa with private courtyard, was spacious with a large bathroom and separate lounge/dining. Plenty of storage space. We didn't use the tv but there was a large screen with satellite channels. Free wifi was accessible in the villa and a strong signal throughout the property. Outstanding customer service at all times and terrific meals. We were pretty impressed when we ordered a hot breakfast to arrive at 4am and it was delivered on-time, hot and with a happy, smiling face. If I were to nitpick - the shower (spray) isn't all it could be .. the showerhead is placed unnaturally high up on the wall which means the spray comes out rather thin and wispy. If this was placed further down the wall, the shower would become a lot more satisfactory. LIke I said, just a little nitpick - certainly not a deal-breaker. We recommend Sanyas without any doubt, and would definitely stay here again.

beautiful place”

This has to be one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. We were very lucky to be the only guests there and it was blissful. The staff are exceptional, the gardens fantastic and if you like to feel away from it all this place is perfect. You have to book your meals in advance which is new to me but they can be bought to your room or terrace to eat them. Food was very good! And reasonable especially considering the service. If you want to escape the hustle of bali I highly recommend sanyas to swim in the lovely pool with shallows flying above, sit in the peace of the grounds and surrounding countryside. Beach is about a 10 minute drive away and is very quiet also. Will definitely be going back as it was so peaceful and relaxing. Best bed also!

Hows the Serenity ”

If you want quiet relaxation, this is the place, your own little Garden of Eden, every color of Butterfly and Flower, Lovely Villas with huge Bathrooms in a Modern Bali Style. At Breakfast the staff will chat with you as much as you like and give you an insite to the area. Has an amazing Pool to watch the Sunset from,. The Hotel is isolated from the hustle and bustle and hence no facilities close by, The food is pretty good but not stand out and you need to order your dinner 3 Hrs Prier to sit down. Plenty of Scooter rental available but the road into town is risky and difficult, even by Indonesian standards. In Summary, If you need a Hotel/Villa in the Tabanan / Krambitan area, this is it.

Perfect place to relax ”

Liked our stay so much we stayed for more. Got some motorbikes from the hotel and explored the area. Tabanan has some gorgeous rice fields and beautiful black sand beaches reachable by motorbike in around 15 minutes by motorbike. Staff at the hotel was happy to help with our trip planning, picked us and and drove us back (charged) to and from our next destination and made our already pleasant stay (thanks to the nice rooms, swimming pool, green surroundings and nice Balinese cottages) even more pleasant.

An absolute gem of a hotel hidden in the ricefield”

Had an absolutely wonderful at the Sanya's retreat, mostly thanks to the amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Spent days doing nothing but swimming in the beautiful pool, overlooking lush greenery and rice fields, eating and relaxing. The whole area is covered with decent WiFi signal and is very, very quiet. Asked to see the two-bedrooms villas and the main three-bedroom villa as well which are perfect for families. Absolutely great value for money and an amazing place to unwind and relax.

Exceptional”

prefer to choose 1 bedroom joglo because the other 1 bedroom type was so dark and outdated, you have to pay in the same value for both of the room as they were in 1 room type, hotel need to differentiate both of that room category, staff was very polite

Awesome Snip”

The staff was a little surprised about us backpackers having a reservation. We were happily surprised about the great bargain and a wonderful night in an awesome and luxury place.

Quite place”

We were a bit disappointed with the villa upon check in, we were booked one bedroom villa however the villa was given not the same with the picture. All their one bedroom villa has different set up.

Relaxing with a nice senic drive throught the coun”

Had a pleasant stay, all the staffs were responsive and friendly even the gardener. Not quite recommended for old people as the resort is on a rice terrace and hence many steps and slopes to navigate to the pool and around generally.

Nice quite Hotel, but location is not convenient ”

It was really nice, nothing negative to say about. Nice room and very comfortable bed, with a beautiful view to the rice fields! It's very relaxing!!! But bothing in the surroundings to do, so you need a driver to do day trips and visit half an hour far restaurants. The food at the hotel is good, but not much variety.

Un bon hôtel pour profiter du calme et de la natur”

Hôtel au calme isolé de tout. La route n'est pas très facile pour y arriver, mais c'est bien fléché et on trouve facilement. Très bon accueil souriant à l'arrivée. La chambre que l'on nous attribue n'est pas celle représentée sur les photos d'Agoda. Nous le signalons tout de suite et sans problème, ni discussions inutiles, on nous prépare immédiatement celle que nous devions avoir. C'est une belle chambre très propre, de style balinais et très bien meublée. Très grande salle de bains avec douche et belle baignoire, mais pas d'eau chaude pour pouvoir utiliser la baignoire. Tant pis, on prendra une douche. On profite pleinement de la grande piscine à débordement, bordée de transats bien confortables. Le jardin est bien entretenu et nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel au calme, parmi les fleurs et dans un cadre reposant.Très copieux petit-déjeuner

Cet hôtel est vraiment charmant et la vue est magnifique. Il est situé au bord d'une vallée luxuriante et très calme. La piscine est superbe et les chambres sont comfortables. Le petit-déjeuner est très simple et offre peu de choix. La route pour y accéder n'est pas facile et il faut compter 30 minutes en taxi à partir du centre d'Ubud. Un petit sentier très pittoresque permet d'arriver à pied au centre d'Ubud en une vingtaine de minutes. De belles promenades à pied sont possibles depuis l'hôtel.

The Sanyas Retreat 真是令人驚艷，隱身於梯田之中，有精美獨特的庭園造景，乾淨的游泳池，臥室寬敞舒適，浴室空間很大，有一個大浴缸。服務人員態度良好有耐心，滿足顧客需求，三餐都有送房服務，餐點精緻好吃，份量足夠，可惜離市區遠了點，住在這裡可以享受遺世而獨立的感覺。
