This resort is situated near Calangute beach, location is good but room sizes are quite small and ventilation issue at first floor. Hotel property is good having pool which my daughter enjoyed very much. So over all economic but complementary breakfast were not good. So generally we had breakfast outside.

Improvements- hot water heater should be placed in each room, room should get cleaned in one or 2 days of interval. Water bottles should be provided to clients daily. Leakage of flush in washroom should get repaired. Overall other experience is quite good but better to improve as usual

They should ask the height of the guest while booking and then allocate the rooms, celing to low that anyone over 5'10 risk head injury. TV don't work, leaky taps, no fridge in the room , torn blankets. It will be my last choice.
