Great hotel!”
First time in Siem Reap - didn’t know what to expect but Lotus Blanc Hotel was lovely! Nice big and clean rooms. Amazing pool. Breakfast was worth the add on. A short car or tuk tuk ride to the city core.

Another Comfortable stay at a great resort ”
I stayed here for 2 nights after traveling from Kep via Phnom Penh. Fortunately, traffic was mostly back to normal after the national lantern festival holiday had ended and the ASEAN meeting in Phnom Penh was wrapping up. I came back to a hotel that was much less busy than a week earlier, on my inbound journey. This time, my room didn't come with a bathtub and it was a little smaller. Still, it was quite large and the bed was comfortable as usual and I got a balcony, which isn't available with the standard rooms. Again, breakfast wasn't great and strangely I wasn't offered the private ala carte option on the 4th floor of the privilege floor wing as I was last time. I recall the breakfast there as being better than in the main room. Despite this, I still had a great stay. Again, my latte was provided for free despite being chargeable. It should really come as a standard part of the menu.

Great family friendly hotel at a reasonable price”
We very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast buffet with a large variety of choices and all delicious, the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Great value for money”
We were welcomed by hospitable staff of the hotel on arrival. While the room is a little dated, the room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was delicious and have daily local specialties. Location-wise, the hotel is around 10mins away by Tuk-Tuk to Pub Street and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. Great hotel.

My father loved it”
I booked this for him and his family and he was so happy with my choice. The location, the facilities, the service... not a single complaint. Thanks The Privilege Floor!

Covenient”
The room was just okay. Stay on higher floor. If you stay on lower floor, you can hear people walking on your upper level and it was loud. If you want room service, call to front desk for menu and room service close at 2300. Buffet Breakfast was fantastic. Try Siso bistro and bar at the hotel next building. Price was reasonable and the food is good. Tried the Oysters and is fresh. Fish and Chips, cottage pie, and the burger is nice too. Location is okay on main street, USD3 to Pub Street. We had one hotel Tuk Tuk driver at night when we didn't feel like driving and he is very nice and polite. Not sure whether he can speak English. Overall stay was i should stay 7/10.

Beautiful but older hotel. Staf is friendly and pushy to sell extra services, day after day. Breakfeast is poor for this kind of hotels, had to pay extra for a good espresso?!?

Weekend vist to Siem Reap”
Visiting the temples at Siem Reap was something we had always wanted to do. As with all travel, unfamiliar settings coupled with language barriers will always pose challenges. The Privilege Floor @Lotus Blanc provides an elegant solution by managing all logistics beginning from the reception at the airport, chauffeur inclusive of vehicle, guided tours of the temples, laundry, a lunch and dinner, daily breakfast, an hour of complimentary spa treatment, and airport transfer at the end of the stay. All inclusive in the price of the room. These services were rendered in a very professional and yet, personal fashion. All the staff on the Privilege Floor are friendly, approachable and helpful with a keen eye for detail. Our main liaison was Sokny, who was an absolute star. However, it would not be fair to leave out the other staff, as each and every one of them were brilliant too. The rooms are of a high standard in terms of cleanliness and finish. The free-flow mini-bar is replenished daily. Food choices consist of a cafe/diner around the lobby area and a more up-market restaurant on the Privilege Floor. Quality of the food is good with reasonable prices. There is a bar located in the lobby area and another next to the pool. Spa prices are very reasonable and the skill of the masseurs are excellent. If you are looking for a hassle free trip to Siem Reap, The Privilege Floor @Lotus Blanc should be a serious contender for your tourist dollar. Please refer to booking terms and conditions on the Agoda site as they may vary.

Very nice service at the Privilege Floor ”
We are staying in the Lotus Blanc the Privilege Floor for 6 days and 5 nights in our Siem Reap Trip. I would like to praise the Privilege Floor service is excellent. We have go to the Ankor Wat for a Sunrise Trip, the hotel has prepared 2 breakfast box with Hot Coffee box for us at 4:15AM for us to eat in the hotel and another breakfast box for us at 4:55AM for us to bring and enjoy while we are waiting for the Sun Rise, this experience is unforgettable and makes you feel the hotel is very considerate to the guest! Also when staying in the Privilege Floor, you can have your own A La Carte Breakfast at any time until 15:00 of the day, this is such a good experience as we are tired on the last day and we sleep until a little bit late at around 12:00 noon, and after wake up we can still enjoy the good food and the good service at the Hotel Damnak Lounge for good breakfast and good coffee without any rush at all! All in all, the Privilege Floor at Lotus Blanc provide excellent service to its Guest, including staying in the hotel, transportation to nearby shops and place (they even have their own Tuk Tuk Service which can bring you out for dinner and carry you back to hotel!) and all the staffs are friendly, polite and considerate! I would definitely recommend this Hotel for any guest who want to have a good stay in Siem Reap with good service, good hotel and also are worth the money! - Simon Chan, From Macau SAR

Excellent service and hospitality!”
I was travelling solo for the very first time and travelling Siem Reap for the first time too. But i must say the staff at the The Privilege Floor by Lotus Blanc were extremely welcoming and did an excellent service from the heart. They took a personal interest to ensure that my stay in Siem Reap was a safe and fun one. When i arrived i was given advice on how to go about organising my itinerary for my stay there and much guidance and helpful tips were given. I was also given a local mobile phone with credit so that i can contact the hotel staff at any point if i ran into any trouble or had any issues outside the hotel on my various tours and trips. I felt secure in knowing there was reliable help available at anytime while travelling. As a first time solo traveller this was a very valuable service for me and it was indeed a privilege to be at The Privilege Floor by Lotus Blanc! I highly recommend it to all!!

Lotus Blanc, we'll be back! ”
Stayed at Lotus Blanc after friends recommended it and the hotel my work would have booked me into ended up being full. Chose the pivilege floor as price seemed similar to non-privilege floor. Both my friend and I LOVED our stay at Lotus Blanc privilege floor! The staff were wonderful, welcoming us and remembering us by name from the start. At every turn, someone was available to greet us, ask how we were and if we needed anything. They were good about hearing our "all good, thank you" and leaving us be too! The twin room we got was beautiful and spacious, love that there was a sitting table & lounge area too. Breakfast was fairly standard buffet, everything from eggs, pancakes, noodle soup bar to homemade yogurt. Definitely enough options. The pool is lovely and big (nothing worse than a small hotel pool that gets crowded with just 5 ppl in it). My friend ran the Angkor Wat half marathon and Lotus Blanc were fantastic at arranging a tuktuk there and back, and the driver knew well enough where he could park and we found him super easily afterwards. Privilege floor also gives you 24/7 front desk number to ring - not the norm for many hotels in Cambodia! We loved our stay so much that we plan to stay here on all our future SR trips! ( I'm a Cambodia expat and travel there for work).

Exceeded all Expectations”
We had a fantastic stay at the Privilege Floor at the Lotus Blanc. Even before we arrived they were extremely helpful and accomodating in their responses to our inquiries including making arrangements from tours and restaurant reservations. We were met on arrival by Richard, our personal concierge for our stay. He was amazing and went well beyond what I have ever seen before. A really nice touch was that they provided us a cell phone for use while in Siem Reap programmed with hotel contact numbers. We did not need to use it but it was a comfort to have. My wife made use of the Spa and was highly co plimentary of both the service and the price. The restaurant on the Privilege Floor provided an amazing breakfast buffet that is complimentry if you are staying on the Privilege Floor. Its also open for dinner and was fantastic! All in all a really great little boutique hotel that I can highly recommend. Not cheap by Cambodian standards but certainly well worth what you pay.

Amazing service”
It's my first time at the Privilege Floor by Lotus Floor and I am being blown away by their dedication and thoughtfulness. The Damnak Lounge is a dedicated lounge offers breakfast for guests staying at the Privilege Floor and the food was amazing! They serve breakfast till 3pm that provides us a chance to sleep in and feel relaxed. The guest relations officers were very professional and is on top of their work. They can always greet you by your names and their genuine smile just brighten up our experience staying with this hotel. Their Spa and the restaurants are top notch as well. I will definitely visit Siem Reap again purely because of the amazing experience I have had with the Privilege Floor by Lotus Blanc

Had a luxury experience even with a toddler”
We booked a King room at The Privilege Floor by Lotus Blanc, which is their 5-star wing of the hotel. It really lives up to the description: private concierge (Ken) picked us from the airport, and spent 30min with us orienting us to the facilities and attractions. Ken and manager Jacky happily arranged a private tour for us (at a premium), and helped make other bookings: a nice dinner, and a spa in town - including tuk tuk transport. All the staff are warm and genuine, and were great with our toddler. They provided a cot, as we requested ahead. The restaurant at the Privilege Floor is real fine dining style, with both local food or a European wine pairing menu, with a violinist on alternate nights. The complimentary breakfast was also fine-dining ala carte style. I've never seen pancakes plated so beautifully! Location: Good. halfway between town and the Angkor Wat park. Cons: room service food was lacklustre, and there was only one adult swimming pool with no kid friendly area.

NIKE - JUST DO IT!”
Like most, this review is not affiliated to any sponsor, hotel or other third party. Like other reviewers, we are just ordinary travellers looking for something special, affordable and memorable! Jacky and his team at the Lotus Blanc were fabulous. Warm, attentive and discreet. Nothing was too much bother. Always smiling, helpful and sincere. People people who really do love their jobs. When booking, request the Privilege Floor. A la cart breakfast as opposed to the buffet on the g/f, bigger rooms and balcony overlooking the pool, from a distance. Food at any of the hotels restaurants were of fine dinning standard and, like the rest of Cambodia, quite good value for money, relative from you origin, I guess. The Lotus Blanc is small enough to be intimate, but big enough to have sufficient choice etc. Would return tomorrow . . .

Outstanding ”
Our stay at the privilege floor @Lotus Blanc was absolutely amazing! They collect you from the airport and drive you ten minutes to the hotel and from pick up the staff are outstanding! They wait on you hand and foot and nothing is too much to them, they even give you a phone to contact them whilst out and amount without any charge whatsoever. The rooms themselves are fantastic very comfortable beds and a spacious room with a great ensuit. Honestly can't recommend this hotel highly enough and if you're ever in Siem Reap this is the only place to stay!

Amazing staff that make you feel at home!”
We stayed on the Privilege Floor@Lotus Blanc for 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 kids(8&11).I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff is so welcoming and thoughtful! My kids thought of it as a home away from home. Anna, our personal concierge for our stay was AMAZING! She took care of all of our needs from daily trips, laundry service, eating, airport transfers and when my husband was sick the last day, she went above and beyond with letting us stay in our room until our very late night flight!! Soukman aka "the worlds friendliest bartender" took care of my extremely picky eater of a son. He knew what he wanted and when, it took the burden off of us always having to explain what my son will eat. (Sometimes getting plain pasta in foreign countries is not as easy as one would think.) From Sam to Jacky to the amazing chef who had recipes printed out for us, everyone on the staff was amazing! This may not be the most luxurious of hotels out there however the staff is a 5++ star staff. I will book this hotel again when we return to Seim Reap.
