Great time here again, staff friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive Beds super comfortable, Western breakfast that was included was delicious with an amazing view of Tokyo on the 33rd floor. Central to Tokyo and next to Ginza. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic location, room dependent ”
The Prince Park hotel is a fantastic 5-star hotel in the heart of Tokyo. Don’t let the slightly dated exterior fool you, the interior is recently updated and the service impeccable. There are multiple restaurants and shops on the lower floors and an interior atrium that extends all the way to the 32nd floor. I would highly recommend upgrading to a tower view room. The view cannot be beat at night. However, the other side of the hotel has a view of the freeway. There is a shuttle that gets you to and from the train station, but the metro is only a 5 minute walk.

I was amazed and impressed by the service the staff provided. The staff are well trained and very professional, always greeting guests with smile. However, the Wi-Fi connection in the room was not stable. If it could be improved, it would make the stay more perfect!!

Having traveled to several other countries, I wanted our introduction yo Japan to be as smooth and seamless as possible. The staff were incredibly nice, the hotel has all the amenities you’d need (currency exchange, ATM, umbrellas to use, gardens, wifi, etc.). It’s also centrally located.

Our family spent 4 nights here in total. Room is spacious, facility is sufficient. Bubble bath is additional plus. Location is good as it is 5 min away from 2 different metro stations. The hotel is also located in the park where it is above sea level with solid ground(good for earth quake issue) Lastly, staff is so kind, especially to kids. Thank you for your small gift of bear made by a towel. So cute.

Excellent location for Haneda and not so far from the city to be inconvenient. Wonderful service and excellent facilities. Briste Verte was very good I only wish we’d had the time to try one of the tasting menus.

Booked Corner Room with Tower view and it is an amazing stay. Room size is big and very comfortable. You can turn your bath into a jacuzzi and that is one of my favorite part of the room! Service is good and they are very attentive, no intimidating feel. Would stay again!

Value for money”
It was over our normal budget, but I made a good decision. That is how I felt staying at this hotel. Starting from dropping off our luggages, checking in and the tour of our room. The room interior was beautiful and well maintained. All staff were helpful and friendly. The hot spring (with fee) was located a bit away from main facility (still connected though), but worth visiting. It is the natural hot spring coming from deep underneath the hotel. It was a wonderful special time we had there. Only thing was that the top floor was the smoking bar, so I did not go in. I would like to try some of their restaurants next time.

I got a great rate prior to the announcement of Japan “opening” so breakfast was included under $200. It’s next to Shiba Park but that also means you need to walk 10-15 minutes to Daimon area for places to eat outside of hotel. Not a deal breaker, especially now, weather is gorgeous the beginning of November!

Started off rocky. They accidentally gave me a smoking room but upgraded me after the mistake. The view was breathtaking! Amazing staff, comfortable bed and very clean facility. The restaurants and food is a little pricey but there is a Lawson attached to the hotel

I dropped my phone on the taxi leaving from the hotel and Yoko (not sure about spelling) helped me a lot to find it back! Definitely a warm experience and I really appreciate the team that supported me :) The room was very clean and the view was so beautiful! Tokyo tower was right in front of us and you can see the amazing view from balcony. The only concern was that the hotel is a bit far from the station but they provide free shuttle to the nearest JR station which solve the problem!
