Loved it all ”
We had a pool villa at pavilions, we enjoyed every aspect of the resort, the quietness of the area, yet a simple walk through the bamboo walk way and you are on the Main Street, full of restaurants. Breakfast was just divine, we also had room services and all food was spot on. We had massages on 2 occasions and they were first class! We will return and recommend to family and friends.

The villa was beyond what I imagined - the private pool and whole villa facilities were amazing. A lot of attention to details. All staff were very welcoming and on hand if needed, but understood guests would probably want privacy. Would 100% recommend here for you next stay!

Stayed for a few nights and barely left our private pool villa. Room was cleaned each morning, breakfast delivered (ordered on app the night before). Consider more when you choose villa”
I really don't want to post negative reviews because every staffs were so nice, friendly, willing to help. But before you choose this villa, you need to think about if you can handle all kinds of the insects include so many mosquitos. I am not just complaining, of course I already be aware of this issue when we choose pool villa in forest. But when I stayed other resort, villa, there were not serious as this villa.. But all the staffs are always trying to help us, so I satisfy for the service. For me, I will choose just hotels from now on..

We’ve become regular visitors of the Pavilions and we absolutely love it. Can’t say enough about the attention to detail. Staff have a very good understanding of English are exceptionally friendly as is the Manager who takes time to spend in conversation which is lovely. Food is excellent the breakfast is delicious the variety and attention to dietary requirements met our expectations and some. The restaurant is wonderful, the prices are lower than you would expect for a hotel of this quality. Set back off the road down a bamboo arched walkway you feel you are leaving the hustle and bustle of Sanur behind you yet it is on the door step of restaurants, bars, cafes and convenience stores. Stroll down to Hardy’s the supermarket and there are a great variety of gift and clothes shops. Get the shuttle car to the beach where there is a designated area with sun beds for Pavilions guests. You can hire bikes or walk as far as you want down the pathway along the beach front.

Ok, the hotel was a little bit hard to find. The reason for that is that even though they are on a busy street, the entrance is very small. You go through a narrow, bamboo-lined lane to enter the hotel. Once you are inside, it's really relaxing and tranquil. Excellent customer service, and the staff felt so genuinely helpful and kind. Case in point: traveling partner got ripped off by a money changer just outside the hotel (immediate left once you are at the entrance, small table within a shop), and the reception arranged for her to go back there with the security guard. Long story short: she got her money back without any fuss. [Side note: please change your money only at places which say "Authorized" Money Changer - these places usually have bigger shop fronts and slightly less attractive rates than the bad guys but you know you're dealing with someone legit] Food was excellent. They serve breakfast within your private villa. All the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. Best Western breakfast I've had in a long time. The bacon was soooooo crispy! Order the waffles too yum. Bathtub was filled with flowers when we first got there. So pretty! Also definitely check out the spa - the therapist named Ari (spelling?) is amazing. Cons: this place does not face the beach. It's about a 10-15 min walk away, could be iffy if you are doing the walk after dark. During the daylight hours, the hotel can arrange to take you to the beach in a car for free, but we chose to take a cab back when it got dark. It will cost you about 2ish USD which is the minimum taxi fare. Stay here if you want peace and quiet, excellent service, security, great food. I would definitely consider coming back, if not for the fact that there are so many options in different parts of Bali that I wanna try out next time.

Love the Pavillions”
Fabulous place to stay but expensive, particularly if you get a pool villa. The butler serviced breakfast's are wonderful and staff always absolutely lovely with tips of places to go and teach some new bahasa words. Having the bar near the pool is fabulous . Simone the Manager is very friendly and helpful. Will defiantly return when next in Sanur, Bali.

Without doubt the best property I stayed in in Bali. Peaceful, very comfortable and so relaxing. The staff were lovely. The food was really good. The signature massage was also the best I had in Bali. I booked a one bedroom villa with private pool and it was so nice and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to some great restaurants too. Couldn't fault the stay at all. It was far superior to other similar properties i booked in other areas of the island. If you're looking to relax this is definitely the place to go!

What a nice villa!”
Stayed at the villa for 3D2N. I truly like the quiet surroundings, the private space that I was given. You will be surprised how quiet the villa can be, when there are many restaurants, pubs and buzzing traffic at the main road which is outside the villa. Everyone, from the receptionist, security guard, butler, etc is very friendly and always with a smile, which is seldom to have nowadays. The breakfast is served to the villa daily by the butler. The villa is beautiful and clean. Service is always swift and with a smile. There is wireless internet service provided in the villa, but at times, the wireless connection has some problems. However you may use the internet provided free at the villa reception. There is a printer at the reception that you can use for free to print, for example your boarding pass. There are DVDs and Books provided FREE for the guests at the reception. If you want a transport to airport, no need to ask the reception to book as they charges US$25 for one way trip to airport. There are plenty of taxis outside the villa that charges only around US$11. I will definitely return for another stay! Just another side-point: There is an airport tax of Rp 150,000 at the departure hall for each person. I was surprised but luckily, did not spend all my Rps, thus beware.

Oasis in Paradise”
This hotel is an Oasis in paradise, only a 100metres off the main rd but there is no traffic sounds within the hotel grounds. Within the grounds each villa is well isolated from the next villa by walls and greenery, so quiet. The rooms are well maintained on a daily basis, every request was met a smile and a "can do" attitude. The butler was well received as well.
