Park View Room we requested for was nothing but awesome! u wake up to the view of USJ and the night view when everyhting is lighted up was just as stunning! staffs were as superb! Staffs managed to get us the USJ Express Pass at the very last minute, just after a neighbouring hotel told us everything was fully booked! really have to applaud the wonderful staffs for this as they tried their best to get our last min tickets despite the language barrier. we'd love love love to come bck here again!

Had a wonderful stay @ The Park Front Hotel USJ! The hotel is in prime location; close proximity to USJ entrance, train station, convenience stores with lots of F&B options at the Universal Citywalk. Good size rooms with nice views on floor 24 and comfy beds. Everything is awesome and convenient. Will be back again!

Super close to USJ, JR station and Lawson ”
Just 5mins walk from station to hotel or from hotel to USJ front door. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel!! It’s very convenient. The staff there was nice, most of them could speak basic english. The double room is big, you can open 4 big suitcase at the same time. And the park view is incredibly beautiful!

The room cost is not super cheap, but value for money when you compare with the hotel’s location, shops around it, room size, amenities, laundry etc. Tip for laundry; to do it every day since the machines can handle only small loads.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit USJ - was so close we could walk out and it was the front of the park! Many restaurants and conbini made it very good to stay in the area. Room was spacious and clean!

Amazing view and family experience”
The hotel sit closes to USJ, plenty of amenities an restaurant around the area. The park view room provide a panaroma view of the entire park close up which is incredible experience for the family. Hotel breakfast was ok but gets crowded during peak. Perhaps the only drawback is overnight parking is expensive

Have a good time at USJ as hotel is near and we do not need to rush. Also can last min shopping for souveniers outside hotel. Near to the line too.

Awesome hotel. The room was great and the staff are very friendly and willing to assist you as best as possible. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday, providing us with water each day for the duration of our stay to include the bathrobes/ towels and toiletries. The only negative was the minor strains in the walls other than that it was a great room. Be advised there are no English channels available on the TV. Last note, the 2F has a coin operated self laundry and luggage storage lockers facilities. If you arrive early the 3F main lobby will hold your luggage until your check in time of 1500(3pm). I had the pleasure of having my luggage being delivered to the room and waiting there once we checked in.

Beautiful hotel. We had the park view on floor 20 with nice views! There’s a lot to do around the hotel, staff are really friendly, and you are guaranteed USJ tickets if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff also held our luggage for the day after check our free of charge. Would stay there again!

Great location”
The hotel itself is beautiful with fun decorations befitting its name as the USJ hotel. The location is great, it is within 5 minutes from the front entrance of USJ. There are also a number of restaurants nearby if you want to grab a bite to eat before entering or after leaving the park. If our room was any indication, the rooms generally are very children-friendly. There was a step stool stowed beneath the wash basin, and child-sized slippers were available in the room. The room was also bigger than expected, we were able to fully open two large suitcases with plenty of room to spare. Buffet breakfast was included at the Akala restaurants on 3/F. We went down at around 9 and the indoor seating area was all full, we got a seat on the terrace which was nice but a little chilly. There was periodic screaming from the roller coaster located just next to the hotel, but it added to the mood and prepared us for a fun day ahead. All in all, there are cheaper options which are located just a little farther away, but this hotel can't be beat if you prioritize location.
