Guests have praised the commendable service and friendly staff at the hotel. The shared pool with Village Hotel offers a stunning view, but it can be crowded during peak season. The hotel's location near the Sentosa Express shuttle train station makes exploring Universal Studio, Resorts World Sentosa, and VivoCity shopping mall effortless. It's an excellent choice for a pleasant getaway or staycation, with exclusive Sentosa Cove location just a short walk from the beaches.

Went there for a 2 nights stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. Allow me to go with the pro first: Pros: 1) Complimentary access to Sentosa island and parking is free if you are the hotel guest 2) Warm welcome during the check-in. We arrived around 12pm and was able to check-in earlier without hassle. Check-in was fast and the host who assisted with our check-in, Khye Sing, explained everything to us patiently with a smile. 3) Room size is just enough for 2 person. Cleanliness is top notch and amenities inside the room are well maintained. 4) The room's soundproof is good as our room is near to the swimming pool but we didn't hear any obvious noise from outside throughout our stay. 5) Since it's my wife birthday, they actually try to deliver sweet treats. Unfortunately we saw the note only after we came back at late night. We truly appreciate the effort of the team though. 6) Location wise you can access to Sentosa Express easily via walking, both Imbiah or Beach station. Now go with a little con: 1. They don't have a standard lobby at ground floor so first comer can get confused finding the entrance. Overall, we had a really great experience staying with The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Special thanks to Khye Sing and Reezar who made our stay even better.

The hotel is located near USS, and it only takes a 5-7 minute walk to cross over to Imbiah station (Sentosa Express). There is pedestrian access. It's easy and quick to reach USS. We can also get to VivoCity quickly and for free. When returning from VivoCity to the hotel, we need to scan the barcode we received from the hotel (per room access for 2 people) to enter the station. Buy drinks and food at VivoCity if you're hungry at night; the food court has delicious food. At Imbiah, there’s also KFC and 7-Eleven if you don’t want to go to Vivo. The swimming pool is nice and large; you must swim to unwind😁. If you swim at night, you might be lucky enough to see the Wings of Time fireworks for free😁. The room size is neither small nor large. The room is clean, fresh, and modern stylish, especially the bidet toilet which we can personalize. Amenities are good. Oh yes, don’t forget to get some snacks too; you can choose them when you check in. When checking out, if you still want to walk around Sentosa, you can leave your luggage there first. In short, if you go to Sentosa, make sure to utilize the shuttle bus or express train to explore Sentosa comfortably and quickly. Also, the swimming pool on the rooftop is only for guests aged 17 and above. This hotel has many couples as well as families. However, for families with small children, you might want to go next door (The Village is still in the same group). The swimming pool is a shared facility between these two hotels. If I go to Sentosa again, I would stay here again.👍🏻

Squeaky clean rooms, beautiful and picturesque facilities, professional, polite and accomodating staff (Always serving with a smile). Came her to celebrate my SO's birthday and hotel gifted us a scrumptious chocolate cake. Welcome gift, 5 unique snacks of choice and the ice chocolate drink was a pleasant check in gift. Love the pool at 3rd floor shared with Village Hotel but the Sky Pool at 1 Altitude was a bit small. Probably some areas of critique would be 1) few power plugs available (5 in total of which 3 were occupied by hot water machine, alarm clock and Nespresso machine), 2) Not as responsive hot/cold water system (Takes a while to register changes), 3) There wasn't a comb when we first arrived (Had to be requested later) P.S. There are some hotel programs like Sunrise Yoga to participate so do book using the QR in the room. I heard there's supposed to be a Pillow Menu but didn't see it. Also, you could request for an ice bucket and they will send one straight to your room~~

“Weekend Birthday Staycation”
Booked this hotel for a tranquil birthday weekend staycation. Upon arrival, it was quite overwhelming as there was a group of wedding entourage and a few guests waiting to check in at the small lobby. Nonetheless, the staff welcomed us with a smile, which helped compensate for the hectic arrival experience. Check-in was seamless, assisted by Yenny, who efficiently guided us through the process. We were then invited to pick five minibar items, including their signature choco milk, snacks, cookies, and coconut water. We proceeded to our room on the 5th level, which was very clean and neat, overlooking the Pamukkale Pool that is shared with the neighboring Village Hotel Sentosa. The room had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including an iron, ironing board, and a Nespresso machine with capsules — a great convenience as I rely on coffee daily. Filtered tap water made it easy to stay hydrated. I was glad to see they had installed a TOTO toilet — perfect for bidet lovers, complete with a dryer! The water pressure in the standing shower was excellent, and I absolutely loved the rain shower. A thoughtful touch was the DND (Do Not Disturb) switch located inside the shower room, allowing for a peaceful shower without interruptions. The hotel's location is very accessible to nearby tourist spots. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the newest attraction, Sensoryscape, where you can take memorable photos and enjoy an interactive evening walk. You’ll need to download an app to see the colorful images projected around the park. You can also catch the mini fireworks near the Wings of Time show at 7:40 PM and 8:40 PM. We took the Sentosa Line cable car from Imbiah to stroll through the Fort Siloso Skywalk and visit the museum — a pleasant experience. As the hotel is not halal-certified, we dined out. Fortunately, there are several halal restaurants nearby, such as KFC, Coffee Bean, Marrybrown, and Good Old Days. Definitely one of the hotels I’ll return to (especially if I miss walking around Sentosa Island). Thank you for the delicious, yummy brownie cake for my birthday!
