Wonderful, charming hotel with incredible staff, especially the F&B personnel.”
Cannot fault the hotel at all. We stayed here, a little dubious of what it would be like. Photos DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! Charming hotel with a small scale feeling of being in a low rise property even though the hotel is fairly tall and large. The reception staff are very Vietnamese in full efficiency (with less customer connection), but nonetheless extremely helpful and informative. While you don't get them bending over backwards, they do what's necessary, and very helpful. The restaurant and pool staff however are full of warmth and hospitality, and extremely welcoming, getting us our favourite table everyday on the balcony. We stayed here for 3 nights initially, but when our flight was cancelled and had to extend our stay, we approached the front desk to see what they could do. While they still were unable to match our original booking rate, they offered a different room at a slightly higher rate but in the end were able to keep us int he same room for our convenience!

I stayed in Verdant clam room on 14th floor. Im living near HCMC so i have tried a lot of hotels in Saigon. I am sure that u will love this place - super clean, posh interior, spacious room and perfect breakfast. To avoid the consturction sight, you should select Verdant clam room/suite/corner room. If you have only one chance to select a hotel in Saigon, you should try here for sure.

Beyond Impressed”
I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. It was so luxurious - the sheets, pillows, huge sunken spa tub on your own private outdoor patio with bath salts, surrounded by plants, beautiful teak furniture, colored walls, fresh fruit, Japanese toilet, welcome drink, friendly helpful staff, enormous breakfast buffet, happy hour tea ( which was enough food for a lite dinner ) super sexy pool and bar, terrific location ... we stayed twice about 5 days apart and they held our luggage for us while we ventured off. Both rooms #508 (cool blue wall, corner room - huge tub ) and #805 (coral color - average size tub) were large twin beds right next to each other- ( nice to have your own bed every now and then ) . The hotel is 2 blocks away from the river and the ferry that takes you to Vung Tao.

Little paradise in the middle of the city”
Absolutely in love with this place. The rooftop pool is incredible, cozy and never crowded. Great music selection, chill vibes and good food and drinks. The staff is always polite and helpful. The jacuzzi on the balcony of the rooms is the cherry on top. The beds are huge and comfortable, rooms are nicely decorated. Would go back anytime!

Very interesting hotel in a great location”
Very cool concept for a hotel. Exceptionally attentive staff. Amazing room. Lovely to have proper and nice wine glasses in the room. Very serene. The staff we encountered could not do anything more to make your stay enjoyable and worthwhile. Mini bar could have been a little better stocked. Only three drinks, we had no idea what they were. Breakfast offerings could have been more varied. There were different things, but only one or two variants of each e.g. no range exotic fruit of this region. Only dragon fruit, banana and watermelon. There was no sweet, juicy, fruit such as pineapple and mango.

Nice and clean hotel, room is very nice and well equiped and good decoration. Stay in central of HCMC with all sightseeing places nearby, just walk. Food is good and wide range to choose with buffet for afternoon tea and breakfast. It is a good place to enjoy HCMC, with a very good price!

Truly Unique Decor hotel. I would classed it as medium size in HCM city context. ”
I accidentally left the safe open one day with a lot of cash sitting in there. The hotel staff is very professional to leave the hotel room untouched and left a note to explain why they stop cleaning due to my valuables left unlocked. I would stay here from now on whenever I visits HCM for business again. Feels safe...

Awesome hotel in heart of District 1 ”
Super trendy hotel in District 1. Rooms are so well designed and they have everything you could possibly want/need. Free minibar (not spirits/wine) is really nice touch. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony. Great facilities, rooftop pool (get a bed early on a sunny day), good gym. Didn't eat there but food looked good, free afternoon tea, also a nice touch. Service super friendly and welcoming, speak extremely good English, always willing to help. Great location for exploring District 1. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Outdoor bathtub”
The outdoor bathtub was certainly a treat! Very comfortable bed with soft clean linen. The afternoon tea spread could have been a bit better perhaps a few vegetarian options but enjoyable enough. Lovely cappuccinos at breakfast! Lovely rooftop pool with attentive bar staff. All the staff were very welcoming and professional.

The most beautiful hotel in Ho Chi Min ”
The attention to detail in this hotel is superb. Great breakfast as well as complementary afternoon tea, which meant you hardly needed to eat dinner there was so much on offer. The rooms are beautifully decorated with individual vintage pieces, and the spas on the balconies were amazing. The staff were exemplary, very kind, allowed us to leave luggage as we headed down south for a few days. I will never stay anywhere else in the future, and wonder why I have never stayed here previously on my other trips to HCMC!!

Private Jacuzzi on EVERY Balcony”
That's the headline many people are missing. Of course, the hotel is lovely and the staff are remarkable and our stay was a 10/10, but the headline is that there is a private jacuzzi on every room's balcony. When dealing with COVID and life in 2021, this was the most relaxing way to end a day. Very romantic. Very luxurious. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Breakfasts were stunning. Other meals were great too. Don't pass this place up.

Great hotel steps from the main walking street. ”
A few blocks from the Opera house and the walking street. Great hotel and designs. Rooms a little on the small side and front desk staff wants to be helpful but they nees better English speaking front desk staff. But everyone is super nice and the decor in lobby is amazing. Great outside lobby bar too. Very good value and even the hotel food is good and a good value.

This was my first stay here and everything was wonderful. The staff is super helpful and nice. The hotel is gorgeous, beautifully decorated if you like the mix of traditional decor with upgraded facilities inside the room. Just overall, wonderful and definitely I will stay at again. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The room and hotel was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous rustic charm. The staff were fantastic and the food was exceptional. My husband actually thought it was the best food he has ever eaten. We could certainly recommend this hotel to any person looking for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh city

We loved The Myst. Not a chain. More like a boutique hotel. Very unusual architectural features and lots of greens. Location was very good. Spectacular rooftop infinity pool. Complimentary afternoon tea every day which was very nice. Staff very professional and very helpful. Nice people. Don’t hesitate to choose the Myst.

Amazing Place With a Small Flaw”
Overall this was a great place and with one tiny change I’d be happy to stay again. The friendliest staff I’ve seen anywhere in my 8 years of living in Vietnam. Respectful, helpful, kind, and always there when you need them. Hotel location is super convenient for pretty much everything, the rooms were nice, rooftop is great. Breakfast was good but I do wish they had more options. The one flaw? The room design. It has these slightly see-through decorative windows where light comes through both from the hallway and outside. If you need a dark room to have a good nights sleep, this is going to be a major issue. The staff covered it with some paper for us on the fourth day but it wasn’t very effective and also fell off over time. If they’re able to set up curtains for these, it’ll be the perfect spot. Nonetheless, we had a great stay.
