I loved this hotel for multilple reasons. I stayed at the Ritz a couple of days and then stayed at the May Fair Hotel. And I must say that the in-room and concierge service at the May Fair Hotel was far better. I loved their friendly staff. My husband felt so good when one of the housekeeping staff saw his formal shoes dusty and actually cleaned it up. We loved the little notes that were left in our room each day and some treats as well. It was such a good touch to the service. Simple things matter. Special shout out to Antonioa and I think our housekeeper Vanessa (of Vaness), I couldn't read clearly. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it. It made my work a lot more fruitful and my leisure time even more enjoyable.

Perfect location”
Really great location, 2 minutes from Green Park tube and the Ritz etc. Round the corner from Starbucks I’d don’t want breakfast in hotel. Close to lots of other facilities. Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were really friendly, room upgrade given which gave us more space. Only issue was slightly noisy outside - think linked to the air con but would stay again.

Suberb hotel, amazing room, staff friendly and very attentive. They were always able to accommodate any requests and they even gave us complimentary champagne and macaroons in our room and at the restaurant they also made a special dessert with happy anniversary written in chocolate. We definitely loved the breakfast too! Great Hotel for special occasions!

The May Fair Hotel is exceptional in everyway, it is our preferred Hotel when staying in London. However you do get what you pay for and unfortunately for Agoda the rooms allocated to your clients are the very back end rooms, therefore we are unlikely to use your service again.. We had a great time, the staff was very helpful. When we checked in we helped by a person, I can not recall his full name however it was Lav.... he was extremely helpful and pleasant. My only complaint is that the bathroom floors need to be cleaned better, they are black and a lot of dirt and sticky spots go un noticed. Overall a great place to stay.

Large, comfortable and cosy rooms. Huge bathrooms. Great for a long stay as lots of room to relax. Restaurant is fantastic with great staff and a really lovely breakfast. Close to many attractions as well as markets, mall, cafes, restaurants, bus stops all within walking distance.

Excellent location but not without its drawbacks”
Fabulous hotel, lovely staff and wonderful room. But suffers from the same fate as every hotel around Mayfair - that at night in spring and summer the wealthy boy racers of London come to flaunt their cars and delight in revving their engines and street racing down Piccadilly until the early hours of the morning. I'd still stay here again. But next time I'd ensure to ask for a quiet room (maybe the courtyard facing) so that my sleep is not disturbed.
