Excellent Hotel”
I stayed in London for business and chose The Hari for my stay. The staff at the hotel are excellent and I had a warm welcome on arrival. The room I stayed in was small but very adequate for my needs, the complimentary mini bar with my room was very welcomed, and the quality of the room was excellent. There was also turn down provided both nights and I felt it offered excellent value for a 5 star hotel in that location. I would stay again.

Wonderful staff make this place”
Weekend in London and this hotel is certainly well placed if you are spending your time in Knightsbridge & Belgravia. Rooms are modern and the beds are up there with the most comfortable have slept in, but what really helps this hotel stand out from hotels in the same price bracket for me was the staff who are very welcoming, professional and went that extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible - in particular the girls on reception who were AMAZING. If I had the money would definitely stay here all the time. Breakfast was probably the only disappointment but there are plenty of eateries close by.

Outstanding service, amazing view”
It was difficult to pick the three best things about the Belgraves. From beginning to end the service was outstanding. The room was very comfortable, maybe a little the small side (normal by London and New York standards) the use of mirrors and the amazing window overlooking West London gave the feeling of openness and space. We were on the 10th floor and the view was breath-taking at night. I would also highly recommend staying in one night and trying the room service, it was delicious, by far the most diverse menu I have encountered. The locations is central, walking distance to Sloan Square and Harrods. The bar served great drinks and was packed on the weekend. The gym was well maintained and offered 3 cardio options, a mat area, free weights and a multi-use weight machine. I look forward to staying again soon.

Very attentive staff ”
Generally the Hari was a very nice hotel, staff extremely welcoming and helpful and we were staying for our anniversary and they made some lovely extra special touches with a bottle of champagne and chocolate brownies in our room, which also had a fully stocked mini bar something you don’t get that much that’s days.The lobby and bar area is very smart, although we didn’t try the bar as we had champagne. We felt however that for the price the rooms let this down somewhat. We had been upgraded which again was lovely, but felt the rooms lacked some of the quality/comfort and luxury that I would expect from this standard of hotel. Laminate flooring and basic quality fixtures such as the consol table (with its veneer very chipped) and wardrobes, made it feel less than 5 star boutique and a bit more Premier inn. Breakfast was also a bit erratic, exceptional pastries but here the service let it down a bit. Perfect location, quiet and civilised but we don’t think we will be returning.

Excellent Location”
The location was perfect. A beautiful neighborhood and very close to Harrods and shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was on the small side. The bathroom floor got wet when showering with the glass door closed. Loved the nightly snacks they delivered to the room and the bottle of water they provided everyday. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall I would consider staying at the Hari again. Very pleased with the experience.

i am soooooo lucky that i have booked the hari for my honeymoon trip!!! the area is brilliant! all the staffs are super helpful and nice! excellent services once you step into the hotel! daily snacks and water provided, slippers, umbrella all available. the view from the room is excellent. the room is big and clean.

You definitely have to take this hotel in consideration if you travel to London. It's very classy, confortable and closed to Sloane Square, Hyde Park, Saatchi Gallery, lovely restaurants and to the following tube stations: Knightbridge, Sloane Sq and Hyde Park Corner. So what else could you asked for?

Really nice hotel with great access to high end shopping. The staff is absolutely wonderful here. The room was a bit tight but was fine for a short stay. The restaurant was better than expected and a place we would go to if we weren’t staying there. Really nice choice in London.

Great Boutique Hotel...spoiled by odd Bar Scene”
The hotel itself is fantastic. The staff at reception and the restaurant on the ground level were just superb. Sadly, the hotel bar on the mezzanine level had a very odd vibe that was very unwelcoming. Service if you were not part of the regular crowd was non existent and the regulars we frankly rude by rolling their eyes and calling us tourists. We couldn't quite figure out what was going on but the regulars did not appear to be guest of the hotel. I enjoyed our stay but I think I'll be looking for another option the next time I stay in London.

Staffs are very friendly, we arrive early morning at 8am, after long flight, we ask for early check in. The front desk staff is very friendly and allow us to check in early so that we can have a rest. That was a good gesture and we appreciate that very much. staff are friendly and quite helpful, please with the service provided. Hotel located in a quiet and posh area, they are quiet a number of nice restaurant and café within few minutes walk.

Great Hotel”
Great stay. Nice room but very small. Glad I was alone. My only complaint is that the rooms are too dark. They said they would bring a floor lamp but my room was so small I felt it would take up too much space. Very nice bathroom. I would differently stay there again, but get a larger room and the extra lamp.
