Beautiful Hotel with Outstanding Staff and Good Breakfast”
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cyclo d'Angkor Boutique Suite. Note for purposes of this review that we did stay in the boutique suite portion of the hotel, which is newer and more luxurious than the Cyclo d'Angkor Hotel. Both facilities share a lobby and a restaurant/dining area, and these common areas are also very nice. The boutique suites are beautifully decorated in a very elegant and low key fashion, which exactly suited our preferred style. We have traveled extensively throughout the world, and this hotel would hold its own regardless of which country it was located in. Beds are firm (as they tend to be in Asia) but comfortable. Bathrooms are beautiful and well-lit. What really made our stay, however, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Thea, the assistant front office manager, was excellent. We had a minor problem with the hot water in our room, and he was very quick to respond. Thea even comped us a free ride to the airport on our departure, as well as allowing us a late checkout for ourselves and the other couple in our party. In short, he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Siem Reap.

Wonderful place!”
My girlfriends and I stayed in the Deluxe Suite at the Grand Cyclo Boutique Suite! We greatly enjoyed our 5 days there! Grand Cyclo Boutique Suite is very close to the airport and to most of the touristy places such as Pub Street, Night Market and even Angkor Wat! The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and done in less than 10 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They truly embody service with a smile (special mention to Ms Jasmine and Mr Theara). This is a quiet place that you can come back to after a full-day of sight-seeing in Siem Reap. The in-house eatery is good too! Factors to note: 1) You don't have a lot to choose from for breakfast and the spread is the same daily. 2) There are lots of crickets everywhere in Cambodia. While we can put up with that, they will definitely sneak into your room through the vents. If you have a serious aversion to crickets or bugs, this might not be the place for you!

Amazing Boutique Hotel with an Excellent Service and Friendly Staffs ! ”
My girl friend and I stayed at this boutique only one night. It was too short for us and I can't express enough about this amazing boutique hotel. On our arrival at the hotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by friendly staffs with a cool wet towel and fresh tasty welcome drink. Staffs are very charming, friendly, helpful and always pay great attention to every guests. Hotel's lobby, corridor and bed room is nicely and impressively decorated. Ideal location to downtown and Angkor Wat temple.Breakfast was tasty and conveniently served with a great portion. The ground floor pool was beautiful surrounded by greenery but we preferred the rooftop pool. It's very relaxing and ambient which kept us cool and refreshing after a hot day from temples tour. I would certainly return to stay here again ! If you are seeking for a wonderful boutique hotel with a brilliant service in Siem Reap, than find no where else. The Cyclo d'Angkor Boutique Suite is your best choice !

Fantastic little hotel in a quiet area”
Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at Grand Cyclo. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just outside of the chaotic downtown but close enough to go there with a 5 min tuk-tuk ride. It’s also on the way to the temple area, which is just 10 minutes away by tuk-tuk. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was simple but tasty. We’ll definitely be back here if we visit Siem Reap again!

Fantastic stay in Siem Reap!!! ”
Thank you so much to all at the Cyclo D'Angkor Suite!!!! This was our first trip to Siem Reap and we couldn't have been happier with the hotel. The rooms are fantastic, food is fabulous and the staff are wonderful. Great location for visiting Angkor Wat and only 5 minutes in a Tuk Tuk to Pub street where there is plenty going on. Overall a very memorable stay, we will certainly be back. Thank you! :)

Value For Money Hotel For Stay Neaby Angkor Wat”
Travelling to Siem Reap to visit Angkor Wat, I was pondering whether to choose Le Meridien Angkor or this hotel. Le Meridien of course is a branded hotel and receive a lot of coverage for Siem Reap visitors. However, while scrolling through high rated Siem Reap hotels, I realized this hotel had exceptionally good scores and reviews. A lot of this is attributed to its staffs. The staffs at this hotel are amazing,, and they will help you with everything under the sun. The lady at the reception during our check-in on 12th Aug is exceptional ,and also the guy whom she subsequently introduced to me to know more about Sihnaoukville, since Im scheduled to travel there later in my itinery. I think the hotel should treasure such staffs as they are hard to come by. Other than that, the balcony really doesn't serve too much purpose as there's basically no good view around. The room was acceptable condition to me though. The nearby night market/pub street is also worth visiting.

Exceptional”
Great Hotel in Siem Reap. Location was great for us, way from the noise of the city centre and close enough to cycle there or to get a cheap tuk tuk. It was also on the road to the temples. The hotel decor and environment was great, relaxing and had a very beautiful pool area ideal to relax after a long a day exploring. The room was great, ideal size with a nice balcony, all the amenities needed and beautifully decorated. The services like laundry were cheap and quick. We also booked the tour to the temple through the hotel for 1 day temple visit for about $22 plus access pass and that went really well! The hotel also offers bicycles which is a great add, we used them to explore the city and was a beautiful stroll. Is quite easy to get to center cycling Breakfast was really good as well! We had lunch once in the hotel and we were very pleased. Regarding the staff, everyone was really kind and welcoming! Miss Rose and everyone from reception, breakfast etc ( can’t remember the names) were really nice, always smiling and ready to help! Great experience, highly recommend it

Comfortable Hotel - Convient Location - Exceptional Staff”
Located en route to Angkor park, yet only 10 mins from "downtown"- this hotel is conveniently located for anyone looking to spend multiple days in Siem Reap. Facilities are modern, clean, and comfortable. Rooftop pool is a must! Tuk tuk taxis are always waiting outside and willing to take you to town for dinner or shopping ($2), or to arrange a tour of the temples($15+). The hotel can arrange for you also (but we opted to schedule on our own). The food was excellent and the staff is beyond compare. It's a boutique hotel which means it's small and the staff will easily know you by name by the time you're through. 100% recommend!!

Really nice experience”
This is a very nice boutique style hotel. Has old world feel but is very contemporary. Nice pools. Good breakfast with our package. The staff is particularly wonderful. Got to know us personally. Helped us navigate the things we wanted to do in Siem Reap. They have a very nice personal car tour of the temples. It is well worth it. Two tours offered, a smaller one (5 temples) and a larger one (9, I think). The small takes all day and is the way to go. Although right on Charles De Gault street, entry does not jump out at you. Took our taxi driver a couple tries to find.

Such a nice elegant hotel. Ideal location for everything.”
Stayed 6 nights at this great hotel. Specious room and had a nice rooftop pool with good bar service. Breakfast was always kind of the same food but consistently nice!!! Location is the most important aspect of this hotel. It is far enough to not to other you with noise! But close enough to get to the pub street. Angkor museum is 5 - 10 minutes walk. It is on the way to Angkor thus you will be picked up last for your group trips and will get dropped first!! Which is great in my opinion.. haha. Please try their "Lok Lak" I had that dish everyday at the hotel even at that hyped up price :p Excellent house keeping and front office on point! We will stay at yours if we ever visit Siem Reap again. Thank you very much.

great boutique hotel with relaxed friendly atmosphere”
very welcoming and accommodating staff throughout stay. rooms were clean and spacious. met value for money. nice pool facilities if small but you won't spend much time at the hotel. didn't take advantage of food options as seemed high in price and it was only $2 to take a tuk tuk into the central part of siem reap. we did hire bikes for the day to cycle to angkor wat (around 30 mins away) for a reasonable $8. all in all a lovely stay.

Great Experience, will return!”
The staff are amazing, I hope the hotel realizes what an asset they are and takes good care of them! Our room was great. The food was also very tasty, although heavy. A few lighter options on the menu would be nice! But really well-priced. The pools were nice, the location was great, situated pretty equally between town, the ticket booths and the temples. We live in Phnom Penh and travel to Siem Reap for long weekends. I fully expect this to be our go-to hotel. Such a great value!!!

Great service and nice staff”
We visited to Siem Reap in early January this year. It was our first time to stay at this hotel. All staff provided amazing service. They help us to book the massage service and give us good advice if needed! The room are very clean and comfortable! With no doubt we will stay at this hotel again whenever we come back to Siem Reap. Highly recommended. 初めてこのホテルで泊まりました。このホテルを選んだ、本当によかったと思います。ホテルも綺麗だし、スタッフも親切でした。とてもよかった。おすすめです。

Peaceful stay”
From the terminal pick-up and as we arrived, we are immediately greeted with a welcome drink and accommodated by certain staff named Ponleu or “Jhon” (we call him Jhon so that he can be remembered).. He is very helpful in every aspect of their service. Sumali, Fan and Chorvy was also accommodating and kind. All of their staff there was in finesse manner they make sure that their guests is well-served! I’m very impressed because everytime we need something they respond. Kudos to grand cyclo family! I will never forget the service you rendered to us. I cannot say nothing more regarding their rooms because we stayed in a suite. Its very clean, spacious, smells good.. Clean service has the initiative to clean our room without things missing.

Haven”
A haven amidst the exciting bustle of Siem Reap. Ideally located-US$2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street (if that appeals) on the road to Angkor Wat and a ten minute stroll to the National Musuem. The staff are extremely attentive, and guests are always greeted with a genuine smile. Decor and cleanliness fantastic. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel and staff”
It’s worth the money (and it’s not very expensive). Hotel is not too big but rooms and facilities are excellent. Staff are very accommodating. They assist you in every way. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap.

Excellent hotel in Siem Reap”
We love the friendly and helpful service we have received since we arrive at the airport. We especially like to compliment the airport transfer tuk tuk driver the hotel has arranged for us. Mr Kong is our reliable and patient driver, who accompanied us for our 3 days stay in Siem Reap. We felt safe in the district and have enjoyed our stay.

Cute design boutique hotel, friendly service. Disappointing breakfast and rock hard bed! ”
There were cons aswell as pros! This hotel is a smaller, and more stylishly designed place than many of the bigger hotels in Siem Reap. The service was great, staff were very friendly, attentive, welcoming and helped with everything we asked. Pool on roof was small and only 5 loungers but a nice place to relax. The room we had was really quiet, clean and simple but had everything we needed, good aircon, smart TV. We paid extra for a balcony room, but sadly the balcony had no view, just looked out on another room 2 metres away. The bed was so hard I didn’t sleep well, the hotel provided extra pillows, but still not comfortable. Breakfast was in a hot room without aircon, a buffet of mostly Asian style, food had gone cold and tasted not so good (fishy noodles, cheap hot-dog sausages, cheap sliced bread), we found we could order the a’la’carte breakfast to our room, freshly made, which was much better for us than the buffet breakfast.
