    Dirty Property amd Rude staff”

    I checked in late at night around 10 pm and my room had cockroaches running around ... I used insect repellent spray as I was tired and went to bed. Next day in morning no hot water in shower and shower head was broken. I took pictures and explained this to manager. To my surprise she started yelling in lobby. Instead of being emphatetic and apogetic she said your mistake as to why didn't bring it to her attention at 10.30 pm in night . I couldn't feel anymore embarrassed and left straight away . Must say that I didn't meet anymore rude person in hotels yet ... and I travel frequently .

    Beautiful pool”

    We stayed here as a group in the joglo villas. Nice big rooms, big outdoor bathrooms. Kitchen was good for the fridge. Great pool area! Friendly staff, not a huge hotel so usually quiet. Did have a long walk to beach/restaurants but quite part of town so it was easy to get around or borrow a push bike and easily ride.

    Amazing pool! ”

    Beautiful pool! Lovely rooms, we stayed in the Joglo suites, they are very quirky! Bathroom is outside but very nice, bedrooms are large (very firm beds) the kitchen area could do with some updating/cleaning. This could be a 5star property once they catch up on maintenance. Is a decent walk to the beach, and to restuarants etc but a calm part of town so a very easy walk or push bike Would stay again and would recommend to stay. The pool would be one of the best hotel pools we have experienced, temperature was absolutely perfect day or night.

    Nice pool area, gardens and scenery. Comfy beds, good aircon. Can't recommend the food though. Breakfast was bland, cold and overcooked. Staff were nice. Ok stay for one or two nights.

    Great stay and location, nice place”

    I love that its a little studio with an outdoor seating area and fridge, even tiny kitchen. Details are good, fresh towels, coffee and tea. Pool is great and i love the location, just a few minutes by creaky bike to any where in sanur, but in a quiet residential area. This ticks all boxes for me. Due to covid, it needs maintaining, things are a bit creaky and this will be fixed I am sure. Otherwise, all good, will come again. Garden is magical.

    Secluded and romantic”

    Highly recommended. The photo in the description is accurate. Beautiful setting. Quiet and romantic. The pool is perfect Everything is at least a ten minute walk including the beach. Transportation recommended.

    Tempat tenang, hijau, namun tidak memiliki restoran”

    Tempat enak, sesuai dengan konsep kebun. Kolam renangnya jernih dan menyenangkan. Namun sepertinya hotel ini belum recover sepenuhnya, restorannya tidak menyediakan breakfast dan belum berfungsi dengan baik jadi tidak bisa memesan makanan. Untuk air minum, kopi, dan teh bisa membuat sendiri di area makan.

    Kalo liat harganya lumayan,staffnya ramah tapi utk lokasi agak ribet masuk gang2nya terutama kalo malam,dan yg bikin aku ngga betah airnya kecil di hari kedua saya menginap dan masuk hari ketiga malah mati beneran,begitu saya komplain mereka bilang karena torennya kosong jadi saya kecewa sekali
